Abstract

The crank pin mounts a crank rod (6) having at its other end a slide (8) located in guides (7). The rod is articulated to an upper tool (9). A press drive arrangement comprises a double-acting, linear, hydraulic motor with a cylinder (10), a piston (11) and a connecting rod (12). The cylinder is fitted on the press frame, and the connecting rod is articulated via a link (13) with a lever (14) projecting radially from the crankshaft (4).
