A method for the treatment of patients with peripheral nerve injuries after prolonged immobilization through the use of physical therapy and exposure to pulsed current, characterized in that, at the first stage of treatment, a pulsed magnetic field is applied to contact the skin integument through a bandage and / or langeta according to the projection of nerve trunks and innervated by them muscle at a frequency of 30 pulses / min, induction of 0.50 - 1.08 T for 10-12 minutes for 7-9 daily morning procedures, after magnetostimulation, in the second stage, 12-15 procedures of electrical stimulation are performed paired pulses of successively distal and proximal points of the peripheral and central segments of the injured nerves and motor points of the muscles innervated by them, while assessing the functional state of the neuromuscular apparatus of the injured limb of the patient with determining the speed of the impulse (SPI ef) by distal (SPID) and proximal (SPIp ) areas of the injured nerve and the amplitude of the M-response (caused by muscle potential) during stimulation of the distal (Ad), median (Ac) and proximal motor th points (Apr) of the nerve before exercise therapy, immediately and every 25 - 30 minutes for 2.5 - 3.0 hours after the end of exercise therapy and the time to reduce the functional parameters of the neuromuscular apparatus to determine the individual time of stimulation therapy after exercise therapy is determined .
