Способ производства бесшовных горячекатаных труб, включающий отливку полой заготовки с заданным отношением наружного и внутреннего диаметров и прокатку нагретой до определенной температуры полой заготовки на трубопрокатном стане, отличающийся тем, что полую заготовку отливают центробежным литьем из чугуна с шаровидным графитом с отношением наружного диаметра заготовки к внутреннему 1,05 : 1 - 1,7 : 1, отлитую и охлажденную заготовку нагревают со скоростью не более 70oC/мин до температуры 830 - 950oC, при которой выдерживают в течение 1 - 5 ч, после чего охлаждают до температуры 690 - 730oC со скоростью 2 - 10oC/мин и затем с произвольной скоростью до цеховой температуры, перед задачей заготовки в трубопрокатный стан ее нагревают и горячую прокатку ведут при температуре 730 - 1100oC.1.
