Claims (1)

Способ получения порошкообразных продуктов, включающий тангенциальную подачу сырья, воздуха и горючего в обжиговую печь, обжиг сырья, отвод готового продукта и отходящих газов из обжиговой печи и сепарацию готового продукта, отличающийся тем, что подачу сырья воздуха и горючего осуществляют снизу обжиговой печи, причем сырье и воздух предварительно нагревают, обжиг сырья производят в восходящем двухфазном потоке, сепарацию готового продукта выполняют без предварительного охлаждения, а отвод отходящих газов из обжиговой печи осуществляют из ее верхней части, при этом предварительный нагрев сырья и воздуха производят рекуперативно в прямотоке фаз теплом отходящих газов и готового продукта соответственно.A method for producing powdered products, including tangential supply of raw materials, air and fuel to the kiln, firing of raw materials, removal of the finished product and exhaust gases from the kiln and separation of the finished product, characterized in that the feed of air and fuel is carried out from below the kiln, and the raw material and the air is preheated, the raw materials are calcined in an upward two-phase flow, the finished product is separated without preliminary cooling, and the exhaust gases are removed from the kiln they are removed from its upper part, while the preliminary heating of the feedstock and air is carried out regeneratively in the direct flow of the phases by the heat of the exhaust gases and the finished product, respectively.
