Claims (9)

1. Способ производства цементного клинкера с использованием протяженной цементной печи, имеющей загрузочный конец и нагревательный конец, причем нагревательный конец наклонен вниз относительно загрузочного конца, а способ содержит следующие операции
подачи тепла от источника тепла к указанному нагревательному концу печи,
подачи потока шихтового материала, содержащего известняк, в указанный загрузочный конец печи, так что поток шихтового материала движется по направлению к указанному теплу в нагревательном конце печи,
дробления и грохочения воздухоохлаждаемого доменного шлака с целью получения частиц преимущественно диаметром до 51 мм, и
добавления определенного количества указанного дробленого и грохоченого доменного шлака к указанному потоку шихтового материала в указанном загрузочном конце печи таким образом, что по мере движения шихтового материала и доменного шлака по направлению к указанному нагревательному концу печи доменный шлак плавится под воздействием указанного тепла и диффундирует в шихтовой материал, образуя цементный клинкер.
1. A method of manufacturing a cement clinker using an extended cement kiln having a loading end and a heating end, the heating end inclined downward relative to the loading end, and the method comprises the following operations
heat supply from the heat source to the specified heating end of the furnace,
supplying a stream of charge material containing limestone to the specified loading end of the furnace, so that the stream of charge material moves towards the specified heat in the heating end of the furnace,
crushing and screening of air-cooled blast furnace slag in order to obtain particles mainly with a diameter of up to 51 mm, and
adding a certain amount of the specified crushed and screened blast furnace slag to the specified flow of charge material in the specified loading end of the furnace so that as the charge material and blast furnace slag move towards the specified heating end of the furnace, the blast furnace slag melts under the influence of the specified heat and diffuses into the charge material forming a cement clinker.

7. A device for forming cement clinkers, comprising a rotary cement kiln with a loading end and a heating end, the heating end inclined downward relative to the loading end,

conveyor means for supplying a stream of charge material containing limestone, and crushed and screened blast furnace slag with particles preferably not more than 51 mm in diameter, to the loading end of said rotary kiln in such a way that, as said stream of charge material and blast furnace slag moves towards said heating the end of the furnace specified blast furnace slag under the influence of the specified heat diffuses into the charge material, forming a cement clinker.
