Abstract
FIELD: alloys. SUBSTANCE: heat-resistant has components at the following ratio, wt. -%: carbon, 0.60; silicon, 2.75; manganese, 2.0; chrome, 16-29; nickel, 8-50; tungsten, 6.0; niobium, 2.0; cerium, 0.2; copper, 1.1; molybdenum, 0.6; nitrogen, 0.06; titanium, 0.6; boron, 0.006; aluminium, 1.0; vanadium, 0.20; magnesium, 0.15; zirconium, 0.20; yttrium, 0.15; beryllium, 0.20; barium, 0.005; calcium, 0.01; cobalt, 16.0;, and iron, the balance. Sum of chrome + nickel + + cobalt must be not less 24.01% and not above 81.1%. Alloy is used for making tubes in equipment for production of ethylene, ammonia, carbon disulfide, methanol and others at working temperatures 600-1200 C under pressure below 50 atm. EFFECT: improved quality and property of alloy.
