FIELD: inorganic chemistry, more particularly chemistry of silicates and technology of manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: claimed raw mix comprises (wt%): 20 carbide sludge (moisture content 40-60 wt%); 20-40 dry carbon ash; 40-60 sand. The composition is prepared by stirring original components in rod mixer to provide moisture content of the raw mix at 6.5-10 wt%, and products are subsequently molded and hardened by autoclaving method. EFFECT: improved properties of the raw.

Предложен состав сырьевой смеси для формования силикатных изделий, состоящий из, мас.%: карбидный ил (влажность 40 - 60 мас.%) 20, сухая угольная зола 20 - 40, песок 40 - 60, получаемый путем перемешивания исходных компонентов в стержневом смесителе до получения влажности сырьевой смеси 6,5 - 10 мас.% с последующим формованием изделий и отверждением их методом автоклавирования.The invention relates to inorganic chemistry, more specifically to the chemistry of silicates, and in particular to a technology for producing silicate building materials autoclaved.
