Abstract

FIELD: metallurgy, in particular, equipment for processing of metal wastes, including those contaminated with organic substances, chips, powders separated from grinding wastes, metal containing sludges. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vertical housing formed as pipe with open upper and lower bases and embraced with heater. Upper and lower bases of vertical housing are covered with upper and lower layers of granular inert material, respectively. Lower base is provided with grate and gate for retaining of lower layer of inert material. Vertical housing is mounted within auxiliary container, which is provided with sand seal overlapping lower base of housing and hole with gate for removal of sand and liquid metal. Grid has center plate, which covers hole. Upper layer is formed as dispersion valve with body deepened into sand seal and is composed of detachable parts, which may be inserted into housing, such as ring suspended below upper base of vertical housing and flanged branch pipe mounted on ring so that space is defined between ring and housing. Space is filled with sand. Heater is of inductor-type. Vertical housing is made conical, with top base having larger diameter. EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider operational capabilities, simplified construction and enhanced reliability.

Цель изобретения: повышение эффективности более глубокой переработки металлоотходов, а именно переработки до конечного продукта в виде слитков металла. Новым в устройстве является то, что вертикальный корпус размещен в дополнительной, охватывающей его емкости с песочным затвором на нижнем основании, перекрывающим нижнее основание вертикального корпуса, и леткой с затвором для удаления песка и жидкого металла, при этом решетка снабжена подпятником в ее центре, перекрывающим летку, а верхняя прослойка выполнена в виде дисперсного клапана с корпусом, погруженным в песочный затвор, собранный из разъемных частей, вводимых в корпус, а именно кольца, подвешенного под верхним основанием вертикального корпуса, патрубка с фланцем, установленным на этом кольце, с образованием между ним и корпусом зазора, заполненного песком. Кроме того, нагреватель выполнен в виде индуктора, а вертикальный корпус выполнен под конус с верхним большим основанием.
