Abstract

FIELD: waste disposal. SUBSTANCE: method relates to thermal degradation of organic compounds and can be used for disposal of wastes in chemical and other industries, for decomposing unfit-to-use pesticides and toxic agents of various classes. Method based on decomposing highly toxic compounds via pyrolysis with no access of oxygen-containing gases is distinguished with that process is conducted in one step in cycling mode until predetermined value of organic compound decomposition degree is achieved, in which process, regeneration heat exchange on stationary heat-accumulation attachment and additional treatment of pyrolysis gases with organic solvent are used. Heat evolving upon pyrolysis gas combustion is returned to heat stationary attachment. Method enables about 4-fold decrease in investment, higher, 3-4 orders of magnitude, extent of highly toxic compound decomposition at lower temperatures, increased reliability of process, reduction of releases of polluted gases and salt drains, and ensures absence of dioxines and furans in the latter. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of process.

Изобретение относится к способам термического разложения органических соединений и может быть использовано для уничтожения отходов в химической и ряде других отраслей промышленности, для уничтожения не пригодных к использованию пестицидов, для уничтожения различных классов отравляющих веществ. Новым в способе уничтожения высокотоксичных соединений, основанном на их пиролизе без кислородсодержащих газов, является проведение процесса пиролиза в одну ступень в циклическом режиме до заданного значения степени разложения органического соединения с использованием регенеративного теплообмена на неподвижной теплоаккумулирующей насадке и дополнительную очистку пиролизного газа органическим растворителем. Тепло, выделяющееся после сжигания пиролизного газа, возвращают в процесс для обогрева неподвижной насадки. Предлагаемый способ позволяет снизить примерно в 4 раза капитальные затраты, обеспечивает более глубокое, на 3 - 4 порядка, разложение высокотоксичных органических соединений при меньших температурах по сравнению с известными способами, увеличивает надежность процесса, сокращает сброс загрязненных газов и солевых стоков и гарантирует отсутствие в последних диоксинов и фуранов.The invention relates to methods for thermal decomposition of organic compounds and can be used for waste disposal in the chemical and several other industries, for the destruction of unsuitable pesticides, for the destruction of various classes of toxic substances. The heat released after burning the pyrolysis gas is returned to the process for heating the fixed nozzle. The proposed method allows to reduce capital costs by about 4 times, provides a deeper, by 3 to 4 orders of magnitude, decomposition of highly toxic organic compounds at lower temperatures compared to known methods, increases the reliability of the process, reduces the discharge of contaminated gases and salt effluents and ensures the absence of these dioxins and furans.
