Abstract

FIELD: handling biologically harmful, including radioactive, wastes. SUBSTANCE: device has shielding container accommodating packing unit, batcher, press coupled with batcher for multiple compaction of waste batches in packs, pack loading and unloading mechanism, as well as cyclone for discharging dust of radioactive wastes formed in the course of their compacting. Batcher is built up of stationary communicating boxes with sealed joints between them used for loading, accepting, sorting, and packing wastes, guillotine shears, and feeder made in the form of driving blade placed in pipe connected at one end to outlet port of sorting box and at other end, mounted for sealed joint with loading port of slider in its bottom position to fill slider space with waste batch. Each box has lamps, access holes with rubber gloves in side walls, and viewing window. Loading, accepting, and sorting boxes have, in addition, driving roller beds, and sorting box has also tray mounting screw conveyer, and also inlet bin. Packing box has changeable bag with combustible wastes and container for metal to be remelted, all provided in its bottom part. Loading and unloading mechanism has drive truck built up of frame with spring-loaded wheels. Device may be provided, in addition, with television set mounted for supervising waste compacting process through viewing window. EFFECT: improved design. 3 cl, 7 dwg

Claims (1)

Использование: для компактной упаковки биологически вредных, в частности радиоактивных отходов. Сущность изобретения: устройство содержит размещенные в защитном корпусе узел упаковки, дозатор, связанный с дозатором с возможностью многократного уплотнения в пакетах дозируемых порций отходов пресс, механизм загрузки и выгрузки пакетов, а также циклон для отсасывания пыли радиоактивных отходов, образующейся в процессе их уплотнения. Дозатор выполнен в виде стационарно установленных и герметично соединенных между собой сообщающихся боксов загрузки, приемки, сортировки и затаривания отходов, гильотинных ножниц, а также питателя, выполненного в виде приводной лопатки, размещенной в трубе, соединенной одним концом с выходным окном бокса сортировки и смонтированной с возможностью герметичного соединения другим концом с загрузочным окном ползуна в его нижнем положении для загрузки в полость ползуна порции отходов. Каждый бокс снабжен светильниками, выполненными в боковых стенках люками, оснащенными резиновыми перчатками, и смотровыми окнами. Боксы загрузки, приемки и сортировки снабжены дополнительно приводными рольгангами, а бокс сортировки еще и лотком с установленным в нем приводным шнеком, а также приемным бункером. Бокс затаривания снабжен расположенным в его нижней части сменным мешком для сжигаемых отходов и контейнером для металла, предназначенного для переплавки. Механизм загрузки и выгрузки выполнен в виде приводной тележки, содержащей раму с подпружиненными к ней колесами. Устройство может быть дополнительно снабжено телевизионной установкой, смонтированной с возможностью наблюдения через смотровое окно ползуна за процессом уплотнения отходов.Usage: for compact packaging of biologically harmful, in particular radioactive waste. The loading, receiving and sorting boxes are additionally equipped with drive rolls, and the sorting boxes also have a tray with a drive screw installed in it, as well as a receiving hopper. The packing box is equipped with a replaceable bag for combustible waste located in its lower part and a container for metal intended for remelting. The loading and unloading mechanism is made in the form of a drive trolley containing a frame with wheels spring-loaded to it. The device can be additionally equipped with a television installation, mounted with the possibility of observation through the inspection window of the slider for the process of compaction of waste.
