Abstract

FIELD: catalytic reactors with membrane catalysts, in particular, membrane member of reactors for hydrogenation of organic compounds in liquid phase. SUBSTANCE: membrane member has shaped channel coated with catalyst film in its body. Shaped channel may be separated by partition with hole in the middle of body cross-section. Membrane member allows efficient hydrogenation of sunflower oil (95% hydrogenation) with the following advantages: provision of efficient flowing-over of catalyst to intensify the process; easier replacement of members in reactor; no chemical corrosion of seams on membrane member. EFFECT: higher efficiency.

Изобретение относится к каталитическим реакторам с мембранными катализаторами, а именно к мембранным элементам реакторов для гидрирования органических соединений в жидкой фазе. Цель изобретения - интенсификация процесса жидкофазного гидрирования. Это достигается тем, что мембранный элемент реактора имеет в корпусе своем профильный канал, покрытый пленкой катализатора, причем профильный канал может быть разделен перегородкой с отверстием в середине поперечного сечения корпуса. Предлагаемый мембранный элемент позволяет проводить гидрирование подсолнечного масла эффективно ( глубина гидрирования 95%,.) и с рядом преимуществ: достигается хорошее омывание катализатора, что способствует интенсификации процесса, облегчается замена элементов в реакторе, швы на элементе не подвергаются химической коррозии.The invention relates to catalytic reactors with membrane catalysts, and in particular to membrane elements of reactors for the hydrogenation of organic compounds in the liquid phase. The purpose of the invention is the intensification of the liquid phase hydrogenation process. The proposed membrane element allows hydrogenation of sunflower oil efficiently (hydrogenation depth 95% ,.) and with several advantages: a good washing of the catalyst is achieved, which contributes to the intensification of the process, the replacement of elements in the reactor is facilitated, the joints on the element are not subject to chemical corrosion.
