Claims (1)
- Устройство и способ удаления печатной краски волокнистой массы макулатуры с помощью процесса пенной флотации для рециклирования печатной макулатуры для производства новой бумаги. Печатную бумажную пульпу подают в виде суспензии во впускное отверстие неглубокого резервуара. Внутренние направляющие стенки в резервуаре устанавливают траекторию потока от впускного отверстия до выпускного отверстия. Стенки имеют такие размеры и расположение, чтобы создавать поток, по существу, равномерной площади поперечного сечения. Множество модулей расположены вдоль траектории потока. Каждый модуль включает в себя по меньшей мере один инжектор, который аэрирует поток, и экстрактор, который удаляет плавающую пену печатной краски. Часть потока из каждого модуля рециркулирует в модуль, расположенный вверх по технологической цепочке, предпочтительно с помощью трубы и связанного с ней насоса.
