Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к области медицины и может быть использовано в сурдологии. Задачей изобретения является повышение эффективности лечения больных хронической нефросенсорной тугоухостью смешанной формы. Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что нервно-рецепторный аппарат улитки внутреннего уха последовательно подвергают электростимуляции, магнитотерапии, светостимуляции низкоэнергетическим лазерным излучением инфракрасного и красного спектров. При этом иррадиацию магнитного поля вглубь обрабатываемого органа слуха осуществляют через эндоуральный стержень, вставляемый с помощью ушной воронки в наружный слуховой проход, а суммарная доза лазерного излучения составляет 75 - 300 Дж/см2. Существенный и стабильный лечебный эффект достигается за счет увеличения объема капилляров, активизации кровообращения и улучшения трофики тканей. 2 з. п. ф-лы, 4 ил.
