Abstract

FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: agent contains pine and spruce coniferous needles lipid complex involving metal-derivatives of chlorophyll at amount 10-43% and physiologically acceptable additional agents and inert vehicles. Agent for cancer prophylaxis inhibits development and multiplicity of tumors on mamma and intestinum crassum cancer models by an average 20% and 48%, respectively. Preparation is given in 3 modifications. Proposed agent is prepared in tabletted form for prophylaxis mamma and intestinum crassum cancer. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of agent proposed.

Средство для профилактики рака тормозит развитие и множественность опухолей на модели рака молочной железы и толстой кишки в среднем на 20% и 48%. Препарат дан в 3-х модификациях. Исследования проводились на животных на базе НИИ онкологии им.Н.Н.Петрова, были получены положительные результаты и средство рекомендовано для профилактики рака молочной железы и толстой кишки в таблетированной форме.The invention relates to medicine and, in particular, relates to preventive medicine.
