Abstract

FIELD: reclaiming plants. SUBSTANCE: bead rings are removed from worn-out tyres, then tyres are cut into pieces and ground in stages with subsequent separation of fractions. Pieces of tyre are ground at one of stages by hammer breaker at temperature of 15-25 C and linear velocity of rotation of working members within 55 and 70 m/sec. Textile cord is separated by vibration in screening machines. Metal cord is extracted by magnetic separation and then rubber crumb is taken out. Использование: на регенератных заводах при переработке изношенных покрышек с металлокордом. Сущность изобретения: из изношенных покрышек (П) удаляют бортовые кольца, режут П на куски, постадийно измельчают П с последующим фракционированием. На одной из стадий измельчают куски П посредством молотковой дробилки при температуре 15-25<198>С и линейной скорости вращения рабочих органов 55-70 м/с. Извлекают текстильный корд посредством вибрационного воздействия на ситах.
