Изобретение относится к медицине, точнее к электротерапии, касается способа электростимуляции мышц и органов человека и преимущественно может быть использовано в физиотерапии, спортивной медицине, физиологии труда. Сущность способа заключается в том, что одновременно воздействуют на все группы мышц организма и места жировых отложений. Дополнительно используют функции биологически активных точек (акупунктурных), а также двигательных точек мышц. Для этого все тело разделяют на несколько, например на двенадцать, процедурных полей, каждое из которых охватывает группу близлежащих мышц вместе с биологически активными точками и проекциями двигательных точек мышц на поверхность тела. На процедурных полях укрепляют длинные плоские электроды, накладываемые в строго поперечном направлении хода мышечных волокон. The electrodes are connected to a multi-channel electrical stimulator, for example a twelve-channel one, which automatically maintains the specified parameters of the stimulating effect of the low-frequency modulated electric current.
