The method of treating deformities of the foot relates to medicine, in particular to orthopedics, and can be used in the treatment of patients with multicomponent deformities of the feet of various etiologies. The invention allows to develop a method for eliminating deformities of the foot, which prevents the development of postoperative complications that cause a violation of the biomechanics of the load and the associated painful sensations. The proposed method provides for angular osteotomy of the talus and heel bones with the apex of the angle directed to the sole, and metered correction of the deformity using a compression-distraction apparatus. At the same time, the anterior osteotomy of the calcaneus is performed posteriorly from sustentaculum tali.
