Abstract

Description

The invention relates to the field of loading and unloading equipment and is intended to facilitate and accelerate the performance of work on the movement of goods in a covered wagon.

The disadvantages of known inventions are:

constructive and technological complexity of manufacturing;

insufficient mobility;

cumbersome structures;

the impossibility of full-fledged use in covered wagons.

The purpose of the invention is to facilitate and accelerate the performance of work on the movement of goods in a covered wagon.

The technical objective of the invention is to create a device that makes it possible to facilitate and speed up the execution of work on the movement of goods in a covered wagon.

The technical problem is solved due to the fact that the base 5 is made of a metal channel with two clamps 3 installed on it along the edges and two block rollers 4, a rotating shaft 6 with a handle 7 of a circular shape; a cable 2 is used, placed on the shaft 6 and having two hooks 1 at the ends for attachment to the transported load 9.

The operation of the device is ensured by fixing it in the doorway 8 of the covered wagon, attaching the hooks 1 to the load 9 and rotating the shaft 6 due to the efforts applied to the handle 7.

In FIG. 1 shows a device for moving goods in a covered wagon, consisting of: hooks 1, cable 2, clamps 3, block rollers 4, base 5, rotating shaft 6, handle 7; is installed in the doorway 8 of the covered wagon to move cargo 9.

The range of carrying capacity of this device: when dragging goods - up to 0.5 tons; when moving goods on roller (wheeled) platforms up to 2.5 tons.

Thus, the device for moving goods in a covered wagon makes it possible to reduce the time of loading and unloading operations in a covered wagon and reduce the number of personnel involved, which significantly increases the efficiency of the material supply subsystem and, accordingly, the entire logistics system as a whole. The device for moving goods in a covered wagon is novel, provides the ability to perform a larger amount of work on loading and unloading material assets on railway transport.

Claims (1)

A device for moving goods in a covered wagon, containing, to increase reliability, a base made of a metal channel, characterized in that, in order to facilitate and accelerate the performance of work on moving goods in a covered wagon, two block rollers, a rotating shaft with a circular handle and a cable are installed on the base of the device with two hooks, and for reliable fixation of the device in the doorway of the covered car, two clamps are fixed along the edges of the base.
