Abstract

FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: method includes carrying out general hydrodynamic massage (GHDM) and hydrodynamic massage of the area to be influenced, gut lavage, and psychotherapy. Procedures of massage are carried out by means of a nozzle, which ensures the supply of water by a water funnel principle. GHDM procedures are carried out 3 days running, with the following one-day break. During massage the entire body surface is processed, including the head. Procedures of hydrodynamic massage of the area to be influenced are carried out along massage lines and before GHDM and gut lavage procedure. Procedures of gut lavage are carried out on the days, when GHMD is not carried out. Psychotherapy is carried out in the form of music therapy, realised at the background of GHDM, hydrodynamic massage of the area to be influenced and gut lavage. Carrying out GHDM is accompanied by the music therapy of a relaxing nature, and carrying out gut lavage and hydrodynamic massage of the area to be influenced by the music therapy of a tonic nature. The method is carried out for 5-7 days before the influence. The procedures are carried out daily. Description

The invention relates to the field of medicine, cosmetology, dermatology and can be used as preparatory measures carried out before aggressive dermatocosmetological procedures performed to restore the skin after deformations caused by various factors (after burns, after tattoo removal and unsuccessful tattooing, cicatricial changes in the skin, including postoperative, after acne, and other cosmetic defects).

Dermatocosmetology is a rapidly developing field of medicine. In recent decades, in Russia and abroad, there has been a rapid development of dermatocosmetology as one of the independent areas of dermatology. Thus, the number of cosmetic procedures performed in the USA from 2005 to 2012 increased by 7%, and compared to 2000 - by 48%. It is known that the global cosmetic industry is estimated at $ 45 billion, and the cost of personal care, for example, in the United States, exceeds the cost of printed products more than doubled. This is explained, on the one hand, by the great demand for cosmetic procedures in modern society, especially among women, striving to be aesthetically and sexually attractive at any age. On the other hand, the cosmetology boom, of course, is associated with the advent of high-tech scientific developments in this field of medicine based on the latest advances in physics, molecular biology, pharmaceutical chemistry, which made it possible to develop a number of new methods and techniques aimed at correcting certain skin imperfections. Thirdly, the imposition of mass media, the effect of propagating certain standards and standards of beauty (both female and male) contributes to attracting more and more customers to this industry, dissatisfied with the fact that their appearance does not meet generally accepted criteria of beauty (M. However, most dermatocosmetological procedures are associated with primary damage to the epidermis, dermis, which often causes the development of complications that are formed as a result of direct damage to the integrity of the skin or as a result of the development of an inflammatory reaction.

At the same time, it is adequate preliminary preparation of the skin for the procedures that can significantly reduce the risk of complications, as well as improve the quality of the procedure.

The main preventive measure at present is the appointment of antiviral drugs. For example, drugs are often prescribed to prevent the development of herpes virus infection, which is the most common complication of cosmetic procedures (L. Baumann Cosmetic Dermatology. - M .: MEDpress-inform, 2012 - prototype).

However, only an integrated approach to preventing the development of complications will allow you to get the best result from the cosmetological effect itself and spend the rehabilitation period in the highest quality. This is due to the fact that the cause of the development of a particular reaction of the body is a complex chain of changes in organs and systems, which at times are connected only indirectly with each other.

The present invention was the development of a comprehensive method of preparation for aggressive dermatocosmetological procedures.

The proposed method ensures the achievement of the following technical result - the achievement of the fastest healing after the dermatocosmetological procedure, the best cosmetological result, due to preliminary improvement of the trophic area of impact, accelerating reparative processes, increasing the activity of the immune system, improving the functional state of the body. In addition, the implementation of the proposed method allows to minimize the risk of side effects and complications of the performed aggressive cosmetic effects.

The developed complex includes the use of the following methods:

1. Detoxification of the body, deep physiological cleansing from endoecological blockages, "environmental dirt" (Kaznacheev VP, Chernyavsky EF Belokurikha Resort. Novosibirsk: Publishing House SB RAS, 2011) using unique natural factors and innovative technologies, correction of parameters homeostasis, functional disorders and intestinal microbiocenosis through the procedure "Intestinal lavage".

The necessary full-fledged cleansing of all body systems is provided by the technology of intestinal lavage developed at the Scientific Research Institute of the Joint Venture. N.V. Acting (non-traumatic) on the entire surface of the body, including the head, face skin, it accelerates cellular metabolism, increases the skin's resistance to negative environmental influences, restores its water-lipid balance, strengthening the first line of immune defense.

Using a nozzle forming a liquid funnel during hydrodynamic massage allows the following results to be achieved without traumatic effects:

3. Sound therapy (procedures according to the program of resonant-acoustic vibrations (PRAC), restorative sound-resonance therapy using resonators (a musical self-sounding instrument made in the form of a cup and called - singing cups)), which ensures the normalization of the functional state of the body.

One of the types of PRAC sound therapy - resonance-acoustic vibration programs (PRAC) - a method of bioresonance effects on organs and systems, provides directed remote (non-contact) and non-drug restorative effects on the patient's body, depending on the diseases he has. The PRAC methodology was approved by the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation (Commission Resolution on New Medical Technology of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation of October 9, 2002, protocol No. 3; registration certificate N229 / 03031002 / 4633-02 of December 26, 2002).

The resonant-acoustic vibration programs (PRAC) are selected by forming music audio sequences for music therapy (RU 2408397, 01/10/2011), restore the body’s bio-potential, introduce it into self-regulation mode, which relieves tension, fear, motivates the feeling of emotional well-being, instills confidence in success treatment, revives the harmony of its internal environment and with the outside world, promotes rejuvenation and active longevity.

Another method of sound therapy used in the complex is sound resonance therapy using resonators (singing bowls). The therapeutic effect of the complex is based on the principle that components of the acoustic field produced by a multilayer acoustic resonator interact with the patient’s body. As a result of this effect, the general tone of the body increases, destructive emotions, habits, programs and attitudes are eliminated. This harmonizing practice allows you to quickly relax and free yourself from blocks and clamps, from the hustle and bustle of thoughts, contributes to the equilibrium state of the right and left hemispheres. At the emotional level, relaxation occurs, peace comes. Sound therapy as a tuning fork allows you to "properly" configure each organ, restore its harmonious functioning, is a necessary "tuner" that increases the effectiveness of each procedure (Khalfin R.A., Leonov B.I., Mashkov O.A., Rybkin E.A. The effectiveness of the application of the developed complex in the conditions under consideration is due to the following.

With any massage effect on the skin, the number of red blood cells and leukocyte cells increases, and microcirculation also increases. Massage effect causes the expansion of functioning capillaries and the opening of reserve ones. There are 31 capillaries in each square millimeter of the muscle’s cross-section, and after massage exposure their number increases to 1400 (Dribnokhod Yu.Yu. Cosmetology, Rostov-on-Don, 2008).

Massage also has a great effect on lymph circulation. Usually it moves at a speed of 4-5 mm per second, and as a result of massage, the lymph current accelerates. Moreover, in addition to a direct effect on the local lymphatic flow, this kind of effect has a reflex effect on the entire lymphatic system, improving the function of the lymph vessels.

Massage effect activates the synthesis of histamine and acetylcholine in the tissues. Histamine widens the lumen and increases the permeability of capillaries. Acetylcholine increases the rate of transmission of excitation from the motor nerves to skeletal muscles, resulting in an increase in the amount of hemoglobin, red blood cells and white blood cells in the blood.

The combined effect of local rarefaction and vibration due to the flow of water on various tissues increases the depth of effective exposure, enhances the blood supply to tissues at the site of exposure.

All these factors ultimately contribute to creating ideal conditions for improving blood circulation, saturating the skin with oxygen and nutrients. This makes it expedient and even necessary to carry out the developed course of procedures before carrying out aggressive interventions, such as, for example, deep peels, dermabrasion, laser irradiation in order to influence previously applied tattoos of various zones, keloid ugly scars, various skin defects resulting from any damage (burns, etc.).

This kind of preparation will provide the fastest healing without the complications that often accompany these interventions, and therefore a shorter rehabilitation period, which is usually very important for such patients, as well as a better cosmetic effect.

The sound of music during hydromassage allows you to have a tonic or relaxing effect on muscles and the vascular wall, which in turn has a differentiated effect on microcirculation, optimizing the functioning of the vascular apparatus.

Conducting lavage during the course of exposure normalizes the intestinal microbiocenosis, thereby providing an improvement in metabolic processes in the body.

All these factors ultimately contribute to creating ideal conditions for improving blood circulation, saturating the skin with oxygen and nutrients. This makes it expedient and even necessary to conduct a developed course of procedures before aggressive cosmetic procedures.

The method is as follows.

The course of complex exposure is carried out daily for 5-7 days before aggressive exposure and includes:

1. General hydrodynamic massage procedures (OGDM):

- Procedures spend 3 days in a row, then a day break. The duration of the procedure is at least 20 minutes. During the massage, the entire surface of the client’s body, including the head, is carefully worked out with massage movements.

For the procedure, the client is placed in a bath with water. Set the shower head on the surface of the human body. Moreover, the nozzle is made in such a way that the water is supplied on the principle of a water funnel.

They give water. Maintaining a snug fit of the nozzle to the surface, massage movements are performed by moving the nozzle over the body.

As water for hydrodynamic massage can be used tap, radon, drinking or mineral water, as well as water with the addition of extracts of medicinal herbs or a solution of medicinal substances. Optimal from the point of view of the achieved results is the use of a water temperature of 32-38 ° C.

Hydrodynamic massage is performed by smoothly absorbing a liquid funnel and gently stroking the skin when a specialist performs body massage movements under gentle pressure on the skin. All massage movements are performed in the direction of the outflow of blood and lymph from the periphery in accordance with the anatomical structure of the muscles (i.e. from the periphery to the center).

2. Procedures for hydrodynamic massage of the area of the upcoming aggressive impact.

Throughout the entire course of exposure, they affect the area of the upcoming aggressive impact with the help of a nozzle of hydrodynamic massage.

Massage of this area is performed along massage lines and is performed before OGDM and intestinal lavage procedure.

3. Intestinal lavage procedures:

- the procedures are carried out on those days when a general hydrodynamic massage is not performed.

4. Psychotherapy procedures carried out in the form of music therapy:

- music therapy is carried out against the background of OGDM, hydrodynamic massage of the area of the upcoming aggressive impact, intestinal lavage. At the same time, OGDM is accompanied by relaxing music therapy, and intestinal lavage and hydrodynamic massage of the area of the upcoming aggressive effect are of a tonic nature.

Music therapy can be implemented through the use of procedures according to the program of resonant-acoustic vibrations (PRAC) or the use of a musical self-sounding instrument made in the form of a bowl, referred to as a “singing bowl”. "Singing bowls" allow you to "perform" various types of musical compositions. When carrying out the described procedures, the sound recording of “singing bowls” can be used.

To confirm the results achieved using the developed solution, an assessment of changes in microcirculation indicators was carried out.

The study group consisted of 40 people whose average age was 40.04 ± 5.18 years, comparable in age and gender. All the subjects had skin defects that needed to be eliminated by performing aggressive procedures - deep peels, dermabrasion, laser resurfacing.

In this group, two subgroups were distinguished - the 1st (18 people) - took a general massage course, cosmetic masks on the area of the upcoming aggressive effect (a course of 5 sessions), and also took Zovirax according to the standard scheme, 2nd (22 people) - took a course of developed procedures (a course of 5 sessions) (table. 1).

According to the data obtained, persons who received a course of procedures using the inventive development had significantly better dynamics of microcirculation indicators than people receiving a course of other preparatory procedures.

After the preparatory measures, aggressive cosmetic procedures were carried out. In 79% of patients who received preparatory procedures based on the developed method and who underwent deep peeling, healing was observed without complications and did not require corrective measures. In addition, all patients who received preparatory measures according to the developed method, noted a decrease in discomfort after an aggressive effect 2 hours after it. The examination of these patients two weeks after the procedure also did not reveal their development of complications.

In these same subgroups of patients, quality of life was assessed one day after aggressive exposure (Table 2).

The data obtained allow us to conclude that the developed integrated method provides the most rapid healing without the development of complications that often accompany aggressive interventions, and, consequently, a shorter rehabilitation period, which, as a rule, is very important for such patients, as well as a better cosmetic Effect.

Claims (7)

1. A method of preparing for aggressive dermatocosmetological procedures, including the following complex effects: general hydrodynamic massage (OGDM) and hydrodynamic massage of the area of the upcoming aggressive effect, carried out using a nozzle made with the possibility of water supply on the principle of a water funnel; intestinal lavage; psychotherapy;
- OGDM procedures are carried out for 3 days in a row, then a day break, during massage massage the entire surface of the body, including the head;
- procedures for hydrodynamic massage of the area of the upcoming aggressive impact, massage of this area is performed along the massage lines and performed before OGDM and intestinal lavage procedure;
- intestinal lavage procedures are carried out on those days when OGDM is not performed;
- psychotherapy procedures are carried out in the form of music therapy, implemented against the background of OGDM, hydrodynamic massage of the upcoming aggressive area and intestinal lavage, and the OGDM is accompanied by relaxing music therapy, and intestinal lavage and hydrodynamic massage of the area of the upcoming aggressive effect - tonic;
- at the same time, the course of the complex effect is 5-7 days before the aggressive effect, the procedures are carried out daily, the course begins with hydrodynamic massage procedures. 2.
