Препарат для повышения жизнеспособности цыплят предназначен для использования в сельском хозяйстве, в частности птицеводстве в качестве добавки в питье цыплят с целью стимуляции их жизнеспособности.The preparation for increasing the viability of chickens is intended for use in agriculture, in particular poultry farming, as an additive in drinking chickens in order to stimulate their viability.
В сельскохозяйственном производстве является обычной практика применения различных препаратов целенаправленного действия. Из них можно выделить лечебные и профилактические средства, сделанные только из растительных компонентов. Например, фито-препарат "Мастоцид", предназначенный для лечения мастита у животных [1].In agricultural production, it is common practice to use various targeted drugs. Среди них достаточно широкую известность приобрел «Виватон» [2], который применяется не только в медицине, но и в ветеринарии, в частности, при лечении дисбактериоза, болезни Марека и др. у птиц. В этот период благотворное влияние на их жизнеспособность и сохранность оказывает добавление в корм и питье биологически активных веществ, отличающихся иммунопротекторным действием. В этом качестве нами был испытан «Виватон». При общем положительном эффекте проявились и существенные недостатки. Целью изобретения была существенная модификация препарата «Виватон» путем исключения поставщиков эфирных масел и добавления сильных иммуностимуляторов и гепатопротекторов. В качестве последних были выбраны: корень элеутерококка колючего, расторопша, цветки пижмы, кукурузные рыльца, плоды кориандра. Окончательно был определен следующий оптимальный состав препарата на сухой вес сбора: 50% корня элеутерококка колючего, 10% расторопши и по 2%: цветки пижмы, кукурузные рыльца, плоды кориандра, почки березовые, цветки бессмертника, лепестки календулы, трава золототысячника зонтичного, крапива двудомная, зверобой продырявленный, цветки липы мелколистной, листья мать-и-мачехи, одуванчик лекарственный, подорожник большой, пустырник сердечный, почки сосновые, плоды фенхеля, чабрец обыкновенный, череда трехраздельная, сушеница лесная, ламинария.The aim of the invention was a significant modification of the drug "Vivaton" by eliminating suppliers of essential oils and adding strong immunostimulants and hepatoprotectors. Finally, the following optimal composition of the preparation was determined for dry collection weight: 50% of prickly Eleutherococcus root, 10% of milk thistle and 2% each: tansy flowers, corn stigmas, coriander fruits, birch buds, immortelle flowers, calendula petals, centaury grass, umbelliferous nettle , Hypericum perforatum, small-leaved linden flowers, coltsfoot leaves, medicinal dandelion, large plantain, heartwort, pine buds, fennel fruits, thyme ordinary, three-part succession, forest codweed, kelp.

Готовый экстракт испытывали на цыплятах в сравнении с препаратом «Виватон» путем добавления обоих в систему подачи цыплятам питьевой воды из расчета 0,1 мл на голову в сутки в течение 8 дней, начиная с 13 дневного возраста. При этом были выделены три группы цыплят: 1) Базовая без добавления препаратов; 2) Контрольная с добавлением препарата «Виватон»; 3) Опытная с добавлением заявленного препарата. В соответствии с вышесказанным период добавления контрольного и опытного препаратов начинается с окончанием второй недели жизни. Из таблицы видно, что препарат «Виватон» положительно влияет на привесы цыплят. Но этот эффект носит кратковременный характер и к концу 14-й недели полностью сходит на нет. Действие же заявленного препарата (опытная группа) оказывается необратимым, что доказывает его существенное преимущество перед прототипом.The most important indicator of chick viability is the dynamics of their gain in live weight.
