SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition of a concrete mixture and can be used in the industry of construction materials, particularly in production of concrete wall blocks. The concrete mixture contains the following in wt %: portland cement 25.0-27.0, diabasic flour 52.7-53.1, superplasticiser S-3 0.9-1.3, water 19.0-21.0.

EFFECT: high strength of concrete.

Используют диабазовую муку с объемной массой 1200-1500 кг/м³.Use diabase flour with a bulk density of 1200-1500 kg / m ³ .

Для приготовления бетонной смеси подготавливают и дозируют сырьевые компоненты. Диабазовую муку смешивают с портландцементом, добавляют воду, суперпластификатор С-3 и смешивают еще раз. Полученную бетонную смесь укладывают в металлические (предварительно смазанные машинным маслом) формы и оставляют до затвердевания в естественных условиях. Затем изделия извлекают из форм и транспортируют на склад готовой продукции, где выдерживают в течение 2-3 суток.To prepare the concrete mixture, raw materials are prepared and dosed.
