EFFECT: reduced burning temperature and pigment curing time.

Задача решается тем, что в состав пигмента, содержащего SiO₂, Fe₂O₃, Na₂O, Cr₂O₃, ZnO, ZrO₂, F', дополнительно вводят MgO и B₂O₃ при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: SiO₂ 15,0-20,0; Fe₂O₃ 3,0-5,0; Na₂O 2,0-3,0; Cr₂O₃ 35,0-40,0; ZnO 8,0-13,0; ZrO₂ 3,0-5,0; F' 3,0-5,0; MgO 10,0-15,0; B₂O₃ 5,0-10,0.The problem is solved in that in the composition of the pigment containing SiO ₂ , Fe ₂ O ₃ , Na ₂ O, Cr ₂ O ₃ , ZnO, ZrO ₂ , F ', MgO and B ₂ O ₃ are additionally introduced in the following ratio of components, wt. %: SiO ₂ 15.0-20.0; Fe ₂ O ₃ 3.0-5.0; Na ₂ O 2.0-3.0; Cr ₂ O ₃ 35.0-40.0; ZnO 8.0-13.0; ZrO ₂ 3.0-5.0; F '3.0-5.0; MgO 10.0-15.0; B ₂ O ₃ 5.0-10.0.

Компоненты пигмента размалывают мокрым способом с добавкой 1,0-1,5 мас.% глины. Массу сушат и подвергают обжигу при 800^оС в течение 1 ч. в окислительной среде, затем размалывают до прохождения через сетку №0056.
