Существуют способы профилактики злокачественных новообразований, состоящие в том, что за 2-3 недели до операции выполняют короткодистанционную рентгентерапию, при больших - дистанционную гамма-терапию. Недостатком данных способов являются: грубые рубцевания - после второго этапа хирургического лечения, атрофические изменения окружающих зон лечения здоровых тканей, высокий риск возникновения лучевой катаракты и патологических изменений крови - лимфопения, снижение локального иммунитета с наклонностью к инфицированию (А.Ф.Боровкина. Наиболее близким аналогом-прототипом является способ локальной химиотерапии перед хирургическим удалением опухоли (Лузьянина В.В., Егоров В.В., Смолякова Г.П. Опухолевые и опухолевидные заболевания органа зрении. Сборник научных работ РМАПО 2007 год.). При этом перед операцией под основание новообразования и по его границам вводят инъекционно циклофосфамид в разведении 0,1 г в 2 мл 0,9% физиологического раствора. Технический результат достигается тем, что за 7 дней до операции ежедневно, два раза в день на область новообразования наносят состав из геля ламифарэн и циклофосфамида, приготовленный перед нанесением из расчета 0,2 г порошка циклофосфомида на 2,0 г геля ламифарэн. Больная С., 71 год, поступила в отделение реконструктивно-восстановительной хирургии с жалобами на язвенный дефект кожи нижнего века левого глаза. Больна около 3 лет. Не лечилась. Объективно в проекции кожи нижнего века левого глаза расположен эрозивно-язвенный узел опухоли, размером 2,5×1,5 см, который окружен по границам проминирирующими узелковыми опухолевыми элементами. Гистологически при исследовании биопсийного материала выявлен солидный тип базально-клеточного рака. Клинический диагноз: базально-клеточный рак кожи нижнего века левого глаза, язвенная форма T3N0M0. Больной ежедневно утром и вечером на область новообразования наносили в течение 7 дней до оперативного лечения состав из циклофосфамида и геля ламифарэн, приготовленного из расчета 0,2 г порошка циклофосфомида на 2,0 г геля ламифарэн. Через 7 дней эффект лечения выразился в уменьшение опухоли в диаметре на 0,5, произошла также частичная регрессия и сглаженность узелковых опухолевых элементов в краевой зоне. Произведено хирургическое удаление новообразования нижнего века левого глаза в пределах здоровой ткани со свободной кожной пластикой с боковой поверхности груди. В послеоперационном периоде с третьего дня после снятия давящей повязки, утром и вечером по всей поверхности оперированного века в течение одного месяца, наносили только гель ламифарэн. В результате лечения - приживление кожного трансплантата первичным натяжением, без рубцовой деформации нижнего века и нарушением его подвижности. In the postoperative period, from the third day after removal of the pressure bandage, in the morning and in the evening on the entire surface of the operated eyelid for one month, only lamifaren gel was applied. As a result of treatment, engraftment of the skin graft by primary intention, without cicatricial deformity of the lower eyelid and impaired mobility. During dynamic observation during the year after surgery, relapse and continued growth of the neoplasm is not registered.

Со слов пациента на этом месте около 2 лет назад появился узелок цвета окружающей кожи размером с булавочную головку, не вызывавший субъективных ощущений. В течение последних 6 месяцев новообразование стало быстро увеличиваться, а 2 месяца назад изъязвилось. К врачу не обращался, ничем не лечился. При осмотре в проекции кожи наружного угла правого глаза имеется новообразование неправильной формы, размером 2,5×2,3 см, окруженное приподнятым валиком, состоящим из отдельных мелких узелков опухоли. Клинический диагноз: базально-клеточный рак кожи наружного угла правого глаза, язвенная форма T3NM0. Гистологическим анализом при исследовании биопсийного материала подтвержден базально-клеточный рак солидного типа.Patient B., 50 years old. Через 7 дней эффект лечения выразился в уменьшении размеров опухоли до 1,9×1,5 см, уплощении краев. Произведено хирургическое удаление новообразования кожи наружного угла правого глаза в пределах здоровой ткани с пластикой скользящим лоскутом. В послеоперационном периоде с третьего дня после снятия давящей повязки, утром и вечером по всей поверхности оперированного века в течение одного месяца, наносили только гель ламифарэн. В результате лечения заживление послеоперационной раны первичным натяжением, без рубцовой деформации наружного угла и нарушения подвижности обоих век правого глаза. В течение последних 6 месяцев новообразование существенно увеличилось в размерах. При осмотре на коже верхнего века правого глаза образование ярко-розового цвета размером 3,0×2,5 см с неровной, бугристой поверхностью. Гистологическим анализом при исследовании биопсийного материала выявлен базально-клеточный рак солидного типа. Клинический диагноз: базально-клеточный рак кожи верхнего века правого глаза с переходом на спинку носа, нодулярная форма T4N0M0. Больной ежедневно утром и вечером на область новообразования наносили в течение 7 дней до оперативного лечения состав из циклофосфамида и геля ламифарэн, приготовленного из расчета 0,2 г порошка циклофосфомида на 2,0 г геля ламифарэн. Через 7 дней эффект лечения выразился в уменьшении размеров опухоли до 2,0×1,7 см и ее уплощении. Произведено хирургическое удаление новообразования кожи в пределах здоровой ткани со свободной кожной пластикой с преаурекулярной зоны. В послеоперационном периоде с третьего дня после снятия давящей повязки, утром и вечером по всей поверхности оперированного века в течение одного месяца, наносился только гель ламифарэн. В результате лечения - приживление кожного трансплантата первичным натяжением, без рубцовой деформации нижнего века и нарушения его подвижности.
