Известен способ лечения себореи с использованием наружных лечебных средств. Наиболее часто назначают кератолитические препараты, а также мыло, молоко Видаля и др. Женщинам можно назначить препарат антиандрогенного действия типа «Диана» и др. Способ реализуют следующим образом. Ежедневно на фоне традиционного противосеборейного лечения 1 раз в день волосистая часть головы на ночь обрабатывается в течение 3-5 минут спиртовым раствором фитолона в разведении 1:10; курс лечения 10-15 процедур.The method is implemented as follows. В течение недели проведена обработка 2%-ным серно-салициловым спиртом с последующей обработкой спиртовым раствором фитолона в разведении 1:10. На восьмой день лечения симптомы заболевания не выявлены. Контрольные осмотры через полгода и через год подтвердили успешность лечения.We give a clinical observation.
