Abstract

FIELD: manufacture of building materials.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in proportioning the components of mixture: lime and sand by means of volumetric proportioners; after lime proportioner has been fully filled it is weighed; if weight of lime is lesser than average weight for medium activity of lime, sand proportioner is filled by larger volume and if weight exceeds average weight, sand proportioner is filled with lesser amount.
EFFECT: reduction of overconsumption of lime; improved quality of silicate mixture; reduced labor input.
