SUBSTANCE: method involves using computer as apparatus for displaying on monitor screen of brain colored images reflecting at least two states of brain: before coding by separating portions colored with yellow, green and blue colors and tints thereof reflecting increasing extent of brain affection, and after coding by separating big portion of bright-red color on the background of portions colored with yellow, green and blue colors and tints thereof, respectively; explaining to patient that portion of bright-red color is his dominant code resulted from treatment; before coding procedure, applying and fixing on patient's forehead electrodes simulating elimination of brain potentials; in the course of coding, exposing patient to light flashes with switched-off common illumination and to continuous acoustic signals generated by means of acoustic synthesizer; during coding procedure, exposing patient to light flashes issued from, for example, stroboscope, said light flashes being emitted at frequency of 1-3 Hz; providing immediate suggestion by means of microphone and telephone headsets electrically connected to microphone and secured on patient's head. Method allows preliminary treatment procedure to be avoided.

Из двух применяемых современных направлений в лечении алкоголизма - медикаментозном и психотерапевтическом последнее позволяет получать более высокий результат при сокращении длительности лечения.The invention relates to medicine, namely to addiction. Из психотерапевтического направления известен способ А.Р. Довженко лечения хронического алкоголизма (авторское свидетельство СССР №1165392, М.кл. А 61 Н 39/04, 1980), в котором после начала создания отрицательного условного рефлекса на алкоголь пациенту производят раздражение блуждающего и тройничного нервов путем механического надавливания на точки Валле в течение 2-5 с с последующим орошением поверхности зева и полости рта хлорэтилом в количестве 0,2-0,3 мл в течение 1-2 с. Недостатком этого способа как и его усовершенствованной модификации, в которой суггестивное воздействие осуществляют на группу из не менее 100 человек и дополнительно раздражают точку выхода большого затылочного нерва (патент РФ №2006220, М.кл. А 61 Н 39/04, 1994), является наличие большого количества противопоказаний к лечению и осложнений, а также длительность (до 21 дня) воздержания от употребления алкоголя перед кодированием.From the psychotherapeutic direction, the method of A.R. А 61 Н 39/04, А 61 М 21/00, 1993), который включает многоэтапное суггестивное воздействие и механическое раздражение рефлексогенных зон, причем при суггестивном воздействии создают установку на трезвую жизнь, осуществляют надавливание в течение 5-7 с на точку ДА-ДЖУ, орошают холодной водой область спины, груди и головы, проводят насильственные наклоны головы вперед и назад и в императивной форме сообщают пациенту, что он излечен на длительность срока кодирования. А 61 М 21/00, А 61 Н 7/00), который является наиболее близким к заявляемому способу по совокупности существенных признаков. Этот известный способ включает проведение коллективной и индивидуальной психотерапии с воздействием на рефлексогенные зоны и кодированием на определенный срок. Лечение начинают с индивидуальной психотерапевтической беседы и назначением на две недели общеукрепляющего и дезинтоксикационного лечения. Формирование установки на трезвую жизнь проводят путем использования приемов идентичности (в частности самопричастности к миру и людям) и создании модели “Новый Я” со смешением “Я плохой” и “Я хороший” с закреплением аудиально звуком определенной частоты, а формирование противоалкогольного кода производят вызыванием кинестетических ощущений в голове пациента и внушением идеомоторной реакции отклонения его головы назад с последующим легким надавливанием пальцами на глаза в течение 1 с и внушением, что код хорошо начал работу. Для решения поставленной задачи с достижением указанного технического результата патентуемый способ лечения хронического алкоголизма включает формирование отрицательного условного рефлекса на алкоголь путем коллективного и индивидуального суггестивного воздействия, создание при индивидуальном психотерапевтическом сеансе антиалкогольного кода на предусмотренный срок, звуковое воздействие и проведение внушения контроля за создаваемым кодом и контроль кода пациентом с помощью аппаратного средства. Лечение проводят поэтапно с проведением коллективной и индивидуальной психотерапии, причем с приемом всех пациентов без противопоказаний и с воздержанием от употребления алкогольных напитков в один день или в состоянии даже легкого алкогольного опьянения.The treatment is carried out in stages with collective and individual psychotherapy, with all patients being taken without contraindications and withholding alcoholic beverages on the same day or in a state of even mild intoxication.

Первый этап лечения представляет собой предварительную беседу психотерапевта с группой пациентов до 12 человек (желательно в присутствии родственников). Пациентам сообщают, что лечение состоит в антиалкогольном компьютерном кодировании и демонстрируют на экране 1 монитора компьютера (фиг.1) четыре цветных изображения проекций мозга 2 (вид сверху), отражающих процесс лечения во времени: от состояния 3 (до кодирования) через промежуточные состояния 4 и 5 (во время кодирования) до конечного состояния 6 (после кодирования). При этом пациентам объясняют нижеследующее. Преобладание участков синего цвета 7 характерно для алкогольной зависимости (состояние 3 мозга 2). Во время сеанса кодирования происходит возбуждение структур головного мозга и цветовая гамма меняется (состояние 4 мозга 2). Хотя еще преобладают участки синего цвета 7, появляются участки бирюзового цвета 8 и темно-зеленого цвета 9. Затем (состояние 5 мозга 2) появляются участки зеленого 10 и желтого 11 цветов, а на их фоне - участки ярко-красного цвета 12 (это первичный код). На окончательном этапе кодирования (состояние 6 мозга 2) на фоне зеленых 10 и желтых 11 цветов преобладает участок ярко-красного цвета 12. В этом случае необходимо обращаться на поддерживающее лечение (усиление кода). Также пациентам рекомендуется в плановом порядке один раз в шесть месяцев контролировать состояние кода. При этом сообщают, что срок кодирования от года до трех лет, по окончании срока доминанта уходит самостоятельно, тем не менее мозг человека остается в состоянии безразличия к алкоголю. Второй этап лечения является индивидуальным и представляет собой сеанс собственно кодирования. Оно осуществляется в отдельном помещении, оснащенном компьютером, стробоскопом и звуковым синтезатором. Перед кодированием пациента усаживают в кресло. На его лоб накладывают электроды с последующей их фиксацией на голове. Производят имитацию снятия биопотенциалов мозга и производят демонстрацию на экране 1 монитора (фиг.2) изображения мозга (обычно используют данные, полученные при электроэнцефалографии) в трех его проекциях - вид сверху 2, вид справа 13 и вид слева 14, где преобладают участки синего 7, бирюзового 8 и темно-зеленого 9 цветов. Воздействие на пациента двух факторов - светового и звукового позволяет в определенной степени отключить его сознание и максимально облегчить восприятие лечебной установки бессознательными структурами, которыми она и реализуется. With such a combined light and sound effect on the patient, the psychotherapist gives him a treatment setting (direct suggestion) with an imperative tone:

Пациенту объясняют, что это его доминанта - код, т.е. результат достигнут, причем красный цвет очага (кода) подсознательно ассоциируется с запретом на употребление алкоголя. Снова подчеркивают главное действие кода - снятие болезненной тяги к алкоголю. Далее внимание пациента акцентируют на локализации кода и возможных негативных последствиях в случае нарушения режима трезвости.The third stage of treatment is mediated suggestion. Патентуемый способ лечения был использован в лечебно-диагностическом центре “Партнеры” (г. Белгород). Общая его эффективность подтверждена исследованиями, проведенными на 977 пациентах (данные приведены в таблице). При высокой результативности (полная ремиссия 92,6%), отсутствии противопоказаний и комфортных условий лечебного сеанса прелагаемый способ обладает малой длительностью лечебного процесса, что расширяет арсенал средств для наркологии.Patented method of treatment was used in the diagnostic and treatment center “Partners” (Belgorod). Claims

1.
