Изобретение относится к стоматологии и может быть использовано при лечении таких заболевании полости рта, как катаральный гингивит, хронический генерализованный пародонтит, лейкоплакия, хронический рецидивирующий афтозный стоматит. В настоящее время в стоматологии применяется большое количество разнообразных по составу и механизму воздействия на патологическую зону лекарственных средств. Применение метронидазола в димексиде при лечении воспалительных заболеваний пародонта, позволяет получить выраженный терапевтический эффект, значительно сократить число посещений к врачу-стоматологу. Для лечения заболеваний слизистой оболочки полости рта, пародонта широко применяются сангвикол, эвкалимин, элекасол, обладающие выраженным антимикробным эффектом в отношении граммположительных и граммотрицательных бактерий. Однако широко распространенные в лечении заболеваний полости рта препараты получены синтетически и способны вызывать аллергическую реакцию организма, что значительно снижает их лечебную ценность. Поставленная задача решается благодаря составу для лечения заболеваний полости рта на основе водного раствора препарата Энкад, который, в соответствии с предлагаемым техническим решением, дополнительно содержит или сушеницу топяную или алтейный корень при следующем соотношении компонентов: Энкад : сушеница топяная или алтейный корень - 1:10. Через 7 дней получено "некоторое улучшение", через два дня курс лечения повторен. До настоящего времени рецидивов не наблюдалось. Эрозия эпителизировалась полностью после 6 дня от начала лечения, язва эпителизировалась к концу 2-го курса лечения Энкадом. Эластичность слизистой оболочки восстановлена, красная кайма губы розовая, несколько суховатая, гладкая. Полное исчезновение паракератического участка на губе, а также полная регенерация слизистой. Исчезло гноетечение, отек и кровоточивость, пациентка готова к хирургическому методу лечения.
