Такой способ заключается в проведении разреза, например, на инфраламмарной складке, отделении молочной железы от подлежащих тканей и образовании ложа под ней. В созданное ложе помещается силиконовый имплантант и затем рана ушивается. Недостаток такого способа в том, что проводится наружный кожный разрез, связанная с ним травматичность и потеря крови при операции. На фиг. 1 и 2 проволока 1 вводится подкожно иглой 2 вокруг молочной железы 3. В ложе-резервуар 4 вводится имплантант 5, например, в виде гелевой жидкости шприцем 6. Применяют способ следующим образом. На коже пациентки намечают контур всей молочной железы, будущее ложе-резервуар 4 для имплантанта-наполнителя 5. По этому контуру через кожные проколы иглой 2 вводят проволоку 1 на необходимую глубину. С помощью проволоки толщиной от 0,1 до 0,5 мм проводят отслоение молочной железы 3 от подлежащих тканей и тем самым образуют ложе-резервуар для имплантанта-наполнителя. В это ложе-резервуар после остановки внутреннего кровотечения, например, с помощью введения изотонической жидкости, одномоментно или в несколько этапов вводится, например, гелевое вещество, которое индеферрентно для организма и не всасывается в его ткани. Из описанного выше видно, что предлагаемый способ отличатся легкостью выполнения, малокровием операции и отсутствием кожных разрезов, т.е. пониженной травматичностью. The effectiveness of the method is obvious from the above method of its use.

Claims

1. The method of increasing mammoplasty, which consists in the formation of a bed-tank under the mammary gland and filling it with an implant-filler, characterized in that under the intended path through the skin punctures through the skin punctures using a needle, a wire 0.1 - 0.5 mm thick is inserted, then the mammary gland is peeled off using the wire from the underlying tissues and an implant-filler is introduced into the formed reservoir bed after stopping internal bleeding in the form of a liquid medium that is indifferent to the body.
