Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к ортопедии и травматологии и предназначается для вытяжения различных сегментов позвоночника при заболеваниях и посттравматических изменениях. Устройство представляет собой матрац (фиг.1,2) из плотного поролона, выполненного в виде основания 1 и щетки с наклонами ворсин 2 в противоположные стороны и под углом 45 градусов к поверхности матраса.
