Abstract

FIELD: veterinary medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying Vitaphone apparatus having two vibrophones of vibroacoustic action. The vibrophones are set symmetrically on both sides of the vertebral column in the croup area above the median uterine arteries and fixed by means of bandage belt. The total treatment course is 3-10 sessions long with 10-20 min session duration. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 3 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl

Изобретение относится к области ветеринарной медицины и может быть использовано для лечения эндометритов у коров и у других сельскохозяйственных животных как в крупных животноводческих хозяйствах, так и в ветеринарных клиниках и в индивидуальном хозяйстве путем физиотерапевтического наружного воздействия на определенные зоны, участки или патологические очаги у животных. Способ осуществляется следующим образом. The method is as follows.

Перед проведением сеанса лечения у коровы 1, расположенной в стойле (см. чертеж), ветфельдшер 2 подвязывает хвост 3 животного тесьмой 4 к задней ноге коровы (чтобы не мешал). Около коровы ставят подставку 5 для прибора 6 "Витафон", после чего на корову одевают пояс-бандаж 7, выполненный из плотной ткани с виброфонами 8 (2 шт.), располагаемыми симметрично в карманах пояса и бандаже, закрепляют. Витафоны 8 располагают в карманах бандажа 7 и для плотного прилегания прижимают к телу животного металлическими пластинами 9. Прибор 6 подключают к сети, устанавливают режим работы и процедура начинается. Фельдшер 2 наблюдает за ходом лечения. После окончания сеанса (через 10-20 мин) прибор 6 отключают, бандаж 7 снимают, хвост 3 отвязывают и переходят к следующей корове, у которой назначена подобная процедура. Исследования второй серии опытов выполнены в 1997-1998 годах в учхозе "Уралец" и в ПСК "Храмцово".В опытную и контрольную группы вошло по 8 коров с острым гнойно-катаральным эндометритом. Животным проводилось комплексное лечение, в качестве местной противомикробной терапии внутриматочно вводили гель диоксидина пролонгированного действия на гидрофильной основе, в качестве патогенетического лечения использовали новокаиновую блокаду по Г.С.Фатееву, коровам опытной группы дополнительно было проведено по 3-10 процедур с использованием аппарата "Витафона" по новому назначению. Во второй серии опытов диагностические исследования коров опытных и контрольных групп, проведенные перед началом лечения, показали, что типичные симптомы гнойно-катарального эндометрита появляются к седьмому-десятому дню послеродового периода. При этом у коров наблюдались жидкие слизисто-гнойные выделения красновато-серого цвета. При ректальном исследовании - матка опущена в брюшную полость и не обводится рукой, сократимость понижена или отсутствует. У некоторых животных температура была повышена на 0,5 - 1^oC, но у большинства находилась в пределах физиологической нормы. Анализируя полученные данные можно отметить, что в первой группе, где применяли аппарат "Витафон" по предложенному способу лечения срок от отела до первого осеменения был короче на 5,4 дня, во второй опытной группе, где использовали сопоставимый аппарат-прототип - на 1 день по сравнению с контрольной, где физиотерапия не проводилась. Дни бесплодия у первой опытной группы на 5,4 дня короче, у второй - на 1 день - в сравнении с контролем.
