Phytotea composition has elm-leaved dropwort flowers, thyme herb, Leuzea carthamoides rhizomes, narrow- leaved willow-herb leaves, multinerved through-wax herb, rose fruits taken in the corresponding weight ratios. Изобретение относится к пищевой промышленности и касается производства фиточаев - заменителей чая, обладающих общеукрепляющим эффектом и приготавливаемых из сухого растительного сырья. Фиточаи, относимые по классификации к чайным напиткам из растительного сырья, уже известны в качестве продуктов питания /Свирдов Г.В. Лесные чаи. Наука и жизнь, 1978, N 7, с. 158-160/. Однако состав таких чаев еще недостаточно разнообразен. Чаще сухие растительные сборы применяются в медицинской промышленности, например, как общеукрепляющие сборы. В известных композициях фиточаев со сходным новому составом в качестве исходных ингредиентов также встречаются такие растения, как цветы лабазника вязолистного /РФ, патент N 2003256, A 23 F 3/34, 1994/, корневище левзеи /РФ, патент N 2068700, А 61 К 35/78, 1996/, лист кипрея узколистного /Крылов Г.В., Казаков Н.Ф. Травник, Новосибирск, Детская литература. Сибирское отделение, 1993, с. 371/. Наиболее близкой по составу к новой композиции, выбранной в качестве прототипа, является известная композиция заменителя чая, содержащая высушенное и измельченное сырье, включающая в определенном весовом соотношении на 100 мл чая следующие компоненты, мас.%: лист смородины 0,7-0,9, траву душицы 0,7-0,9, плоды шиповника 1,2-2,2, листья черники 0,5-0,7, корневище левзеи сафловидной 0,9-1,1 /РФ, патент N 2068700, А 61 К 35/78, 1996/. Новая композиция фиточая включает в себя, как и прототип, плоды шиповника и корневище левзеи, но в других весовых количествах. Новый сбор содержит следующие высушенные и измельченные растительные компоненты, мас. %: цветки лабазника вязолистного 10,5-15,4, траву чабреца 5,25-7,7, корневище левзеи 10,5-15,4, листья кипрея узколистного 10,5-15,4, траву володушки многожильной 21,0-30,8, плоды шиповника 15,4-42,0. Определенно подобранное экспериментальным путем соотношение компонентов смеси обеспечивает напитку после его заваривания и разведения в воде определенные, присущие только этому составу, потребительские свойства, а именно приятный вкус, нежный аромат. Напиток, как и обычный чай, обладает тонизирующим действием, а также обладает и лечебным эффектом, а именно противовоспалительным и витаминизирующим за счет влияния всех компонентов, благодаря их определенному биологическому составу. В композицию введен лабазник вязолистный /floridis filipendulal/, применяемый в виде высушенных и измельченных цветков и содержащий в своем составе эфирные масла, флаваноиды, дубильные вещества. В медицине он известен как противовоспалительное и мочегонное средство. Второй компонент композиции - трава чабреца /Herba thymni serpuli/, ранее применяемая в лекарственных сборах /РФ, патент N 2019185, А 61 К 35/78, 1995/, также введена в состав композиции как компонент, существенно влияющий на потребительские свойства получаемого напитка, благодаря содержанию эфирных масел, флаваноидов, органических кислот. В медицине данное растение известно как противовоспалительное средство. Еще один компонент состава - левзея /Resoma cum rad leuseal carthomoidis/ вводится в состав в виде измельченных высушенных корневищ. Биологическая активность данного растения, его противовоспалительная эффективность определяются содержанием смолистых и дубильных веществ, флаваноидов, каратиноидов. В состав композиции вводится и кипрей узколистный /Folium chamaeneri angustifolii/, используемый при лечении желудочных заболеваний благодаря содержанию в нем дубильных веществ, а также володушка многожильная /Yytrba Bupleuri multinervis/, применяемая в виде измельченной травы и содержащая в своем составе флаваноиды, каратиноиды, витамин С, сапонины и обладающая иммуностимулирующей активностью. И последний компонент смеси - шиповник /Fructus Rosal/, являющийся наиболее известным компонентом фиточаев и обладающий желчегонным, противовоспалительным действиями благодаря содержанию витаминов, в частности витамина С, каратиноидов, пектиновых веществ, используется в виде измельченных высушенных плодов. Весовые количества всех перечисленных компонентов, как и качественный состав смеси существенно влияют на потребительские свойства получаемых после заваривания в воде напитков. Потребительские свойства данного состава не являются закономерными, теоретически прогнозируемыми. Состав чаев подбирался экспериментально. Новый состав фиточая благодаря своей биологической активности может применяться не только как пищевой продукт, но и для профилактики и при лечении простудных заболеваний, для повышения иммунитета человека. Композицию фиточая получают простым перемешиванием в нужном весовом соотношении ранее высушенных, измельченных компонентов и их фасовкой. Фиточай заваривают в кипящей воде, выдерживают несколько минут и пьют в горячем или холодном виде. Ниже приводятся 3 примера нового состава. In medicine, this plant is known as an anti-inflammatory agent. Another component of the composition - Leuzea / Resoma cum rad leuseal carthomoidis / is introduced into the composition in the form of crushed dried rhizomes. The biological activity of this plant, its anti-inflammatory effectiveness are determined by the content of tarry and tannins, flavanoids, carotenoids. Narrow-leaved fireweed / Folium chamaeneri angustifolii / is used in the composition, used in the treatment of gastric diseases due to the content of tannins in it, as well as a multicore volyushka / Yytrba Bupleuri multinervis /, used in the form of crushed grass and containing flavanoids, carotenoids, vitamin C, saponins and having immunostimulating activity. And the last component of the mixture - rosehip / Fructus Rosal /, which is the most famous component of herbal teas and has choleretic, anti-inflammatory effects due to the content of vitamins, in particular vitamin C, carotenoids, pectin substances, is used in the form of crushed dried fruits. The weighted amounts of all these components, as well as the qualitative composition of the mixture, significantly affect the consumer properties of beverages obtained after brewing in water. Consumer properties of this composition are not natural, theoretically predicted. The composition of the teas was selected experimentally. The new composition of herbal tea due to its biological activity can be used not only as a food product, but also for the prevention and treatment of colds, to increase human immunity. The herbal tea composition is obtained by simple mixing in the desired weight ratio of previously dried, ground components and their packaging. Herbal tea is brewed in boiling water, kept for several minutes and drunk hot or cold. The following are 3 examples of a new composition.
