Известен способ вторичной профилактике язвенной болезни ДПК путем воздействия низкочастотным магнитным полем на рефлексогенные зоны (Буявых А.Г. "Физические методы во вторичной профилактики гипертонической болезни и язвенной болезни двенадцатиперстной кишки", автореферат авторской диссертации, Пермь 92 г., 34 с.)

Указанная задача решается путем воздействия низкочастотным гелий-неоновым лазерным облучением биологически активных корпоральных точек (БАТ) общего и сегментарного действия (He-Ne, λ- 0.63 мкм, мощность на конце световода до 2 мВт). Точки акупунктуры подобраны опытным путем. Воздействовали на точки 15 VC (цзю-вей), 13 VC (шан-вань), 12 VC (чжунь-вань), 6 MC (ней-гуань), E 36 (цзу-сан-ли) по 1 мин на AT и по 30 с на симметричные, суммарное время - 5 мин, курс 5-10 сеансов. Способ изображен на схеме, где указаны точки воздействия. Облучение проводится ежедневно, курс 5-10 сеансов. Обратился с жалобами на тяжесть в подложечной области, тошноту, слабость, снижение работоспособности, запоры. Страдает ЯБ в течение 1,5 лет. Ухудшение наступило после психоэмоциональной перегрузки, погрешностей в диете. При объективном обследовании отмечается умеренная болезненность при пальпации в эпигастральной области, Ps 60 в 1 мин, АД = 105/60 мм рт.ст. При ФГДС данных за обострение язвенной болезни нет. К 7-му сеансу работоспособность полностью восстановилась. В течение 6 месяцев наблюдения состояние не ухудшилось. Давность ЯБ около 12 лет, наследственность отягощена - у отца - ЯБ ДПК. Неоднократно проводила медикаментозную профилактику. Ухудшение связывает с метеозависимостью и психоэмоциональным перенапряжением. При объективном обследовании состояние вполне удовлетворительное, кожные покровы физиологической окраски. АД 120/70 мм рт.ст. Ps 66 в 1 мин, ритмичный. При пальпации незначительная болезненность в эпигастрии. С. Менделя - отрицательный. При ФГДС - умеренная гиперемия слизистой желудка и ДПК. На фоне проведенного лечения наблюдалась отчетливая положительная динамика: с 1-го сеанса уменьшилась болезненность, исчезли головные боли, с 3-го сеанса улучшился аппетит, сон. К 7-му сеансу улучшилось общее самочувствие. После курса - 10 сеансов в течение года наблюдения ухудшения в состоянии здоровья не отмечалось.
