Масса химикатов размывается водой, образуя раствор и суспензию. Мелкие частицы и раствор проходят через сетчатый корпус смесительной камеры 5, накапливаясь в емкости 1. При достижении уровнем раствора мешалки 2 она включается в работу. Привод 3 осуществляет вращение мешалки 2, которая приводит в движение жидкость и частицы суспензии, ускоряя переход питательных веществ из них в раствор. С погружением смесительной камеры 5 в раствор жидкость поступает через отверстия смесительной камеры 5, разжижая массу химикатов, отрывая ее от днища, ускоряя процесс образования раствора. Поток жидкости, создаваемый мешалкой 2 и направляемый кожухом 4, приводит смесительную камеру 5 в колебательное движение, поворачивая ее вокруг шарнира 7. Таким образом из камеры 5 путем поворота ее с помощью лебедки 9 и гибкой тяги 8 удаляются инородные предметы. DEVICE FOR PREPARING SOLUTIONS AND MIXTURES OF LIQUID CHEMICALS, containing a container with a stirrer, a mixing chamber with a mesh housing, as well as a pump, the suction pipe of which is connected to the tank, and its discharge pipe with a flexible pipe, characterized in that, in order to improve quality the preparation of the solution, as well as the performance of the device, the mesh housing of the mixing chamber is pivotally connected to the tank in its upper part.
