Известны способы лечения тонзиллитов (Большая медицинская энциклопедия, 1985, т.25, стр.148-149). Недостатком указанных способов является длительность сроков лечения (2-4 недели и более). При лечении используют инсулин в виде применения инстилляций в нос по 5 капель в каждый носовой ход, при этом в ротовую полость закладывают ватки с инсулином в количестве 1 мл на 30 мин 3 раза в день. Инсулин обладает способностью усиливать иммунитетную активность лимфоузлов. Применение инсулина местно улучшает неспецифическую иммунную защиту миндалин и всего лимфатического кольца Н.И.Пирогова, что приводит к ускорению лечебного эффекта, т. е. устранению проявлений тонзиллита. П р и м е р. Больной К., 64 г, заболел остро 21.01.93 г., появилась боль в горле, усиливающаяся при глотании, температура до 39оС, на миндалинах гной в лакунах. После инстилляций инсулина по 5 капель в ноздрю и в ротовую полость по 1 мл на ватке 3 раза в день состояние, стало улучшаться в течение 1-х суток, снизилась температура и уменьшилась боль в горле. Через 3 сут. температура нормализовалась, исчез гной в лакунах миндалин, покраснение миндалин исчезло через 5 сут. В общем анализе крови от 21.01.93 лейкоциты 9000, СОЭ - 30 мм/ч; 26.01.93 лейкоциты - 6000, СОЭ - 18 мм/ч.PRI me R.
