Claims (1)

Способ профилактики синдрома “пустого” малого таза с помощью транспозиции тела матки после радикальных операций при лучевых повреждений IV степени прямой кишки, включающий резекцию пораженного органа, отличающийся тем, что после удаления пораженного органа, тело матки с придатками ротируют и укладывают на дно малого таза, далее тело матки фиксируют путем подшивания ее боковых поверхностей к мягким тканям боковых стенок малого таза отдельными узловыми швами, после чего кожу промежности ушивают наглухо с установкой двух дренажей в малый таз через контрапертуры правой и левой ягодичных областей, выполняют гемостаз и послойно ушивают переднюю брюшную стенку.
