Claims (12)
1. Набор для лечения или предупреждения заболевания, ассоциированного с пониженными уровнями бутирата и/или ассоциированного с пониженным или низким числом бактерий Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, включающий
(i) штамм Faecalibacterium prausnitzii; и
(ii) штамм, который имеет одну или более из характеристик: (i) продуцирование ацетата, (ii) потребление лактата и (iii) наличие способности быть акцептором электронов,
где указанный набор повышает рост и колонизацию бактерий Faecalibacterium prausnitzii и/или продукцию бутирата в желудочно-кишечном тракте посредством синергетического действия между указанными штаммами бактерий.
2. Набор по п.1, в котором штамм (ii) представляет собой штамм Desulfovibrio piger.
3. Набор по п.1 или 2, в котором указанный штамм Faecalibacterium prausnitzii представляет собой Faecalibacterium prausnitzii DSM 32186.
4. Набор по п.2 или 3, в котором указанный штамм Desulfovibrio piger представляет собой Desulfovibrio piger DSM 32187.
5. Композиция для лечения или профилактики заболевания, ассоциированного с пониженными уровнями бутирата и/или ассоциированного с пониженным или низким числом бактерий Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, содержащая эффективное количество штамма Desulfovibrio piger, где указанная композиция увеличивает рост и колонизацию бактерий Faecalibacterium prausnitzii и/или продукцию бутирата в желудочно-кишечном тракте за счет синергетического эффекта между указанными штаммами бактерий.
6. Композиция по п.5, в которой указанный штамм Faecalibacterium prausnitzii представляет собой Faecalibacterium prausnitzii DSM 32186.
7. Композиция по п.5 или 6, где указанный штамм Desulfovibrio piger представляет собой Desulfovibrio piger DSM 32187.
8. Штамм DSM 32186 Faecalibacterium prausnitzii для использования в качестве пробиотика.
9. Штамм свиней Desulfovibrio piger DSM 32187 для использования в качестве пробиотика.
