Claims (1)

Способ профилактики ВПЧ-ассоциированных рецидивов СIN II-III и РШМ 1А1 СТ, включающий обследование и удаление шейки матки радиоволновым методом с использованием электрода-паруса аппарата Surgitron и петлевого электрода аппарата Surgitron диагностического кюретажа цервикального канала выше зоны резекции стенок цервикального канала, отличающийся тем, что осуществляют радиоволновое воздействие на ткани шейки матки поэтапно: I этап - выполняют радиоволновую конизацию шейки матки с использованием электрода-паруса аппарата Surgitron в режиме «Разрез и коагуляция» с мощностью 4-7 единиц с захватом средней и нижней трети цервикального канала с максимальным удалением патологических изменений предопухолевого и опухолевого характера; II этап - выполняют резекцию стенок цервикального канала с использованием петлевого электрода аппарата Surgitron в режиме «Разрез и коагуляция» с мощностью 4-7 единиц; III этап - выполняют кюретаж цервикального канала выше зоны резекции; IV этап - проводят вакцинацию тетравалентной вакциной против 6, 11, 16, 18-го типа по трехдозовой схеме подкожного введения 0-2-6 месяцев, после чего выполняют оценку противорецидивного и противовирусного эффектов вакцинации 1 раз в 3 месяца в течение первого года наблюдения и при отсутствии данных за рецидив заболевания, женщине разрешают планировать беременность.
