Claims (15)
1. Соединение, выбранное из следующей группы соединений:
(S)-3-(3,4-дифторфенил)-1-(2-хлор-5,6-дигидро-4Н-циклопента[b]тиофен-6-ил)-1-метилмочевина;
(S)-3-(3-пентафторсульфанилфенил)-1-(2-хлор-5,6-дигидро-4Н-циклопента[b]тиофен-6-ил)-1-метилмочевина.
2. Соединение по п. 1, где предпочтительное соединение представляет собой (S)-3-(3,4-дифторфенил)-1-(2-хлор-5,6-дигидро-4Н-циклопента[b]тиофен-6-ил)-1-метилмочевину.
3. Соединение, выбранное из следующей группы соединений:
(S)-3-(3,4-дифторфенил)-1-(2,3-дигидро-1Н-инден-1-ил)-1-метилмочевина;
(S)-3-(3,4-дифторфенил)-1-(5-хлор-2,3-дигидро-1Н-инден-1-ил)-1-метилмочевина;
(S)-3-(3,4-дифторфенил)-1-(5-фтор-2,3-дигидро-1Н-инден-1-ил)-1-метилмочевина,
(S)-1-(5-хлор-2,3-дигидро-1-Н-инден-1-ил)-1-метил-3-(3-пентафторсульфанилфенил)мочевина.
4. Соединение по п. 3, где предпочтительное соединение представляет собой (S)-3-(3,4-дифторфенил)-1-(5-хлор-2,3-дигидро-1Н-инден-1-ил)-1-метилмочевину.
5. Фармацевтическая композиция или лекарственное средство, содержащее:
- по меньшей мере одно соединение по любому из предшествующих пунктов,
и
- фармацевтически приемлемый носитель или разбавитель.
6. Соединение по любому из пп. 1-4 для применения в качестве фармацевтической композиции или лекарственного средства для профилактики или лечения потери слуха внутреннего уха после повреждения или потери сенсорных волосковых клеток в кортиевом органе.
