Claims (14)
1. Способ извлечения сульфата калия (СК) из минерала, содержащего сульфат, из карналлита или сильвинита, включающий:
растворение карналлита в воде для получения сильвинита и солевого раствора с высоким содержанием хлорида магния;
добавление сульфата натрия в карналлит для получения смеси каинита/леонита, осадка KCl и NaCl и солевого раствора, содержащего MgCl2, KCl, NaCl;
отделение NaCl от смеси;
получение осажденной смеси леонита с KCl;
фильтрование указанного леонита и промывание водой для получения чистой смеси леонита с KCl;
добавление KCl в леонит с KCl; и
разложение указанного леонита с KCl до СК.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что СК отделяют от указанной смеси с помощью способа, выбранного из группы, включающей фильтрование и центрифугирование.
3. Способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что СК дополнительно промывают водой для достижения подходящей чистоты.
4. Способ по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что указанный СК дополнительно сушат и упаковывают.
5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что сульфат натрия добавляют в карналлит в таком количестве, чтобы получить каинит и леонит.
6. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что указанную осажденную смесь леонита и KCl получают с помощью метода флотации.
7. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что указанный леонит с KCl разлагают до СК в кристаллизаторе.
