Claims (9)

1. Каталитическая система для депарафинизации углеводородного сырья, содержащая по меньшей мере две каталитических секции, при этом первая секция содержит первый катализатор депарафинизации, а последующая секция содержит второй катализатор депарафинизации, при этом первый катализатор депарафинизации представляет собой катализатор на основе цеолита ZSM–12, а второй катализатор депарафинизации представляют собой катализатор на основе цеолита EU–2 и/или ZSM–48.
2. Каталитическая композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что указанный цеолит ZSM–12 присутствует в указанной первой каталитической композиции депарафинизации в количестве не менее 10 масс. % и не более 70 масс. %, и указанная первая каталитическая композиция депарафинизации дополнительно содержит связующее в количестве не менее 30 масс. % и не более 90 масс. %, при этом такой масс.% основан на сухой массе указанной композиции.
3. Каталитическая система по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что указанный цеолит EU–2 и/или ZSM–48 присутствует в указанной второй каталитической композиции депарафинизации в количестве не менее 15 масс. % и не более 70 масс. %, и указанная вторая каталитическая композиция депарафинизации дополнительно содержит связующее в количестве не менее 30 масс. % и не более 85 масс. %, при этом такой масс. % основан на сухой массе указанной композиции.
4. Каталитическая система по любому из пп.1–3, отличающаяся тем, что первый катализатор депарафинизации и второй катализатор депарафинизации каждый содержат компонент благородного металла.
5. Каталитическая система по любому из пп. 1–4, отличающаяся тем, что цеолит ZSM–12 имеет молярное соотношение диоксида кремния к оксиду алюминия не менее 50:1 и не более 250:1.
6. Каталитическая система по любому из пп. 1–5, отличающаяся тем, что цеолит EU–2 и/или ZSM–48 имеет молярное отношение диоксида кремния к оксиду алюминия не менее 60:1 и не более 300:1.
7. Каталитическая система по любому из пп. 1–6, отличающаяся тем, что объемное отношение первого катализатора депарафинизации ко второму катализатору депарафинизации находится в диапазоне от 10:90 до 90:10.
8. Способ депарафинизации углеводородного сырья, включающий приведение в контакт углеводородного сырья с каталитической системой по любому из пп. 1–7 при температуре от 200°C до 450°C и давлении от 5 до 200 х 105 Па.
9. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что исходное сырье представляет собой парафиносодержащее сырье, которое кипит в диапазоне смазочного масла, имеющего температуру перегонки 10% при 200°С или выше, при измерении в соответствии с ASTM D–2887–93.
