Claims (1)

Способ профилактики спаечной болезни после миомэктомии, отличающийся тем, что проводят комплексное трехэтапное воздействие на патогенетические механизмы формирования спаек, при этом на первом этапе за 30-45 мин до операции пациентке внутривенно капельно вводят 1,0 г Транексама в разведении в 200 мл 0,9%-ного раствора хлорида натрия в течение 20-30 мин (за пределами граничных значений интервалов технический результат заявленного изобретения не достигается); на втором этапе после миомэктомии, на область послеоперационного рубца наносится противоспаечный рассасывающийся гель Антиадгезин 5 г; на третьем этапе осуществляется введение антифиброзирующего препарата Лонгидаза в виде вагинальных свечей по одному суппозиторию 1 раз в 3 дня - 10 суппозиториев на курс лечения.A method for the prevention of adhesive disease after myomectomy, characterized in that a complex three-stage effect on the pathogenetic mechanisms of the formation of adhesions is carried out, while at the first stage, 30-45 minutes before the operation, the patient is injected intravenously with 1.0 g of Tranexam at a dilution of 200 ml 0.9 % sodium chloride solution for 20-30 minutes (beyond the boundary values of the intervals, the technical result of the claimed invention is not achieved); at the second stage after myomectomy, antiadhesion absorbable gel Antiadgezin 5 g is applied to the area of the postoperative scar; at the third stage, the antifibrosing drug Longidaza is injected in the form of vaginal suppositories, one suppository 1 every 3 days - 10 suppositories per course of treatment.
