Claims (22)
1. Композитный материал, содержащий по меньшей мере один металл платиновой группы и по меньшей мере один оксид редкоземельного металла, в форме твердого раствора.
2. Композитный материал по п. 1, где металл платиновой группы представляет собой палладий.
3. Композитный материал по п. 1, где оксид редкоземельного металла включает оксид церия.
4. Композитный материал по п. 1, где композитный материал дополнительно содержит оксид циркония.
5. Композитный материал по п. 1, где композитный материал дополнительно содержит один или более оксидов лантана, иттрия, неодима, гадолиния или празеодима.
6. Композитный материал по п. 1, где композитный материал дополнительно содержит один или более оксидов ниобия, железа, никеля, серебра, кобальта, марганца, меди и вольфрама.
7. Композитный материал по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий материал-носитель, несущий твердый раствор.
8. Композитный материал по п. 7, где материал-носитель содержит оксид алюминия.
9. Композитный материал по п. 7, где материал-носитель содержит компонент накопления кислорода.
10. Композитный материал по п. 7, где твердый раствор по меньшей мере одного металла платиновой группы и по меньшей мере одного редкоземельного металла импрегнирован на материал-носитель.
11. Композитный материал по п. 1, где твердый раствор содержит продукт совместного осаждения по меньшей мере одного металла платиновой группы и по меньшей мере одного оксида редкоземельного металла.
12. Композитный материал по п. 1, где композитный материал включает по меньшей мере один дополнительный металл платиновой группы, который не является частью твердого раствора.
13. Композитный материал по п. 1, где композитный материал включает по меньшей мере один дополнительный оксид редкоземельного металла, который не является частью твердого раствора.
14. Композиция трехкомпонентного нейтрализатора, содержащая компонент накопления кислорода, включающий композитный материал по любому из пп. 1- 13.
15. Способ получения композитного компонента накопления кислорода, причем способ включает объединение соединения металла платиновой группы с соединением редкоземельного металла с образованием жидкого раствора, и совместное осаждение металла платиновой группы и редкоземельного металла из жидкого раствора с образованием твердого раствора металла платиновой группы и редкоземельного металла.
16. Способ по п. 15, в котором металл платиновой группы и редкоземельный металл совместно осаждают на поверхности материала-носителя.
17. Способ по п. 15, в котором твердый раствор металла платиновой группы и редкоземельного металла импрегнируют на материале-носителе.
18. Способ по п. 16 или 17, в котором материал-носитель содержит оксид алюминия.
19. Способ по п. 16 или 17, в котором материал-носитель содержит компонент накопления кислорода.
20. Способ по п. 15, в котором совместное осаждение включает добавление подщелачивающего вещества в количестве, достаточном, чтобы поднять значение рН жидкого раствора до около 8 или более.
21. Способ по п. 15, включающий промывку и фильтрование твердого раствора металла платиновой группы и редкоземельного металла с образованием остатка на фильтре.
22. Способ по п. 21, включающий кальцинирование остатка на фильтре при температуре около 300°C или более в течение периода времени около 10 минут или более.
