Claims (37)
1. Водная дисперсия, включающая, по меньшей мере, один полимер, получаемый
I. полимеризацией смеси олефиново ненасыщенных мономеров А путем эмульсионной полимеризации в воде, применяя, по меньшей мере, один эмульгатор и, по меньшей мере, один водорастворимый инициатор, где
полимер, полученный из мономеров А имеет температуру стеклования 10-55°С,
II. полимеризацией смеси олефиново ненасыщенных мономеров В путем эмульсионной полимеризации в воде, применяя, по меньшей мере, один эмульгатор и, по меньшей мере, один водорастворимый инициатор, в присутствии полимера, полученного на I., где
концентрация мономеров 6.0 мас. % в реакционном растворе не превышена в течение периода реакции, и
смесь олефиново ненасыщенных мономеров В включает, по меньшей мере, один полиолефиново ненасыщенный мономер,
III. полимеризацией смеси олефиново ненасыщенных мономеров С путем эмульсионной полимеризации в воде, применяя, по меньшей мере, один эмульгатор и, по меньшей мере, один водорастворимый инициатор, в присутствии полимера, полученного на II.,
где
концентрация мономеров 6.0 мас. % в реакционном растворе не превышена в течение периода реакции, и
IV. регулированием рН реакционного раствора до рН 6.5-9.0,
где
а. смесь олефиново ненасыщенных мономеров А включает от 0 мас. % до менее, чем 50.0 мас. % одного или более мономеров, имеющих растворимость в воде <0.5 г/л при 25°С,
концентрация мономеров А 6.0 мас. % в реакционном растворе из стадии I. не превышена,
и полученный полимер после стадии I. имеет размер частиц 20-110 нм,
b. полимер, полученный из мономеров В имеет температуру стеклования -35-12°С, и
полученный полимер после стадии II. имеет размер частиц 130 -200 нм,
c. полимер, полученный из мономеров С имеет температуру стеклования -50-15°С, и
полученный полимер после стадии III. имеет размер частиц 150-280 нм.
2. Водная дисперсия по п. 1, в которой масса смеси мономеров А, в пересчете на общую массу смесей мономеров А, В и С, составляет 1-10%, масса смеси мономеров В, в пересчете на общую массу смесей мономеров А, В и С, составляет 60-80%, и масса смеси мономеров С, в пересчете на общую массу смесей мономеров А, В и С, составляет 10-30%.
3. Водная дисперсия по любому из п. 1 или 2, в которой эмульгаторы, применяемые на I., II., и III. выбраны, независимо друг от друга в каждом случае, из группы, включающей этоксилированные и пропоксилированные алканолы, имеющие 10-40 атомов углерода.
4. Водная дисперсия по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой смесь мономеров А включает, по меньшей мере, один мононенасыщенный сложный эфир (мет)акриловой кислоты, имеющий незамещенный алкильный радикал и/или, по меньшей мере, один винилово мононенасыщенный мономер, имеющий ароматический радикал на виниловой группе.
5. Водная дисперсия по любому из пп. 1-4, в которой смесь мономеров В включает, по меньшей мере, один полиолефиново ненасыщенный мономер и, по меньшей мере, один мононенасыщенные сложный эфир (мет)акриловой кислоты, имеющий незамещенный алкильный радикал.
6. Водная дисперсия по любому из пп. 1-5, в которой смесь мономеров С включает, по меньшей мере, одну альфа-бета ненасыщенную карбоновую кислоту, по меньшей мере, один мононенасыщенный сложный эфир (мет)акриловой кислоты, имеющий алкильный радикал замещенный одной или несколькими гидроксильными группами и, по меньшей мере, один мононенасыщенные сложный эфир (мет)акриловой кислоты, имеющий незамещенный алкильный радикал.
7. Пигментированный водный грунтовочный материал, который включает, по меньшей мере, одну водную дисперсию по любому из пп. 1-6.
8. Пигментированный водный грунтовочный материал по п. 7, в котором массовый процент фракции, в пересчете на общую массу пигментированного водного грунтовочного материала, по меньшей мере, одного полимера, содержащегося в водной дисперсии по любому из пп. 1-6, составляет 1.0-24.0 мас. %.
9. Пигментированный водный грунтовочный материал по п. 7 или 8, который включает в качестве дополнительного связующего вещества, по меньшей мере, одну полиуретановую смолу.
10. Пигментированный водный грунтовочный материал по любому из пп. 7-9, который включает полиуретановую смолу, при этом указанная смола является привитой при помощи олефиново ненасыщенных мономеров, и также содержит гидроксильные группы, и также меламиновую смолу.
11. Применение водной дисперсии по любому из пп. 1-6 в пигментированных водных грунтовочных материалах для улучшения адгезии.
12. Способ получения многослойной красочной системы, в которой
(1) пигментированный водный грунтовочный материал наносят на подложку,
(2) полимерная пленка формируется из материала покрытия, нанесенного на стадии (1),
(3) материал покровного лака наносят на полученную в результате пленку грунтовки, и впоследствии
(4) пленку грунтовки отверждают вместе с пленкой покровного лака,
в которой пигментированный водный грунтовочный материал по любому из пп. 7-10 является материалом, применяемым на стадии (1).
13. Способ по п. 12, в которой подложка из стадии (1) представляет собой многослойную красочную систему, которая обладает дефектами.
14. Многослойная красочная система, производимая способом по п. 12.
15. Способ по п. 13, в котором многослойная красочная система, применяемая в качестве подложки и показывающая дефекты представляет собой систему по п. 14.
