Claims (26)
1. Система доставки инсулина, содержащая:
насос, выполненный с возможностью управления для регулирования доставки инсулина относительно величины базального введения;
датчик для измерения уровня глюкозы в крови пациента;
контроллер, соединенный с насосом и датчиком и выполненный с возможностью расчета доставки инсулина на основании автономного модуляционного алгоритма с использованием измеренных сигналов от насоса и датчика; и
средство визуализации и анализа, выполненное с возможностью взаимодействия с контроллером, позволяющее определять и отображать по меньшей мере одно событие активности, причем контроллер сравнивает запланированную доставку инсулина с фактической доставкой инсулина системой и определяет наличие по меньшей мере одного события активности на основании периодического усреднения проб как запланированного, так и доставленного инсулина.
2. Система доставки по п. 1, в которой контроллер выполнен с возможностью выполнения последовательного усреднения доставок инсулина, выполненных системой, и запланированной величины базального введения за период времени, и при этом определение по меньшей мере одного события активности основано на том, что отношение количества доставленного системой инсулина к соответствующему запланированному количеству меньше или больше, чем терапевтически значимое отношение.
3. Система доставки по п. 2, в которой по меньшей мере одно событие активности обозначается либо как гипогликемическое событие активности, когда отношение доставленного системой инсулина к соответствующему запланированному количеству меньше терапевтически значимого отношения, либо как гипергликемическое событие активности, когда отношение доставленного системой инсулина больше терапевтически значимого отношения.
4. Система доставки по п. 1, в которой средство визуализации и анализа создает график на основании продолжительного периода времени, на котором отображается частота обнаруженных событий активности в зависимости от времени суток в течение продолжительного периода времени.
5. Система доставки по п. 4, в которой продолжительный период времени составляет более одной недели.
6. Система доставки по п. 4, в которой продолжительный период времени составляет более двух недель.
7. Система доставки по п. 1, в которой доставка инсулина контроллером управляется с использованием модели предсказания.
8. Система доставки по п. 4, в которой продолжительный период времени можно выбирать.
9. Система доставки по п. 1, в которой данные системы отображаются средством по меньшей мере в одном табличном формате.
10. Система доставки по п. 1, в которой по меньшей мере одно событие активности может происходить даже в том случае, если уровни глюкозы у пациента по данным датчика все еще находятся в допустимом целевом диапазоне.
11. Способ усовершенствования системы доставки инсулина, d в котором система содержит устройство для доставки инсулина, по меньшей мере один датчик для измерения уровней глюкозы у пациента и контроллер, выполненный с возможностью доставки инсулина с помощью устройства доставки инсулина на основе автономной модуляции; при этом согласно способу:
передают данные об уровне глюкозы от датчика и данные о доставке инсулина от насоса к средству визуализации; и
обнаруживают и отображают по меньшей мере одно событие активности на основании предварительно заданных различий между инсулином, доставленным системой на основании алгоритма автономной модуляции доставки, и предварительно заданной величиной базального введения.
12. Способ по п. 11, в котором этап обнаружения дополнительно содержит:
сравнение ожидаемой доставки инсулина с фактической доставкой инсулина в течение предварительно заданного периода времени в течение суток.
13. Способ по п. 12, в котором этап обнаружения дополнительно включает в себя последовательное усреднение доставок инсулина, выполненных системой, и величин базального введения за предварительно заданные интервалы времени и определение того, что по меньшей мере два последовательных средних значения доставленного системой инсулина в сравнении с предварительно заданной величиной базального введения удовлетворяют предварительно заданному порогу.
14. Способ по п. 13, включающий этап отображения по меньшей мере одного графика или таблицы, где указано наличие событий активности в течение предварительно заданного периода времени.
15. Способ по п. 14, в котором предварительно заданный период времени представляет собой продолжительный период времени, причем способ дополнительно включает создание и отображение графика с детализацией частоты обнаруженных событий активности в зависимости от времени суток в течение продолжительного периода времени.
16. Способ по п. 15, в котором продолжительный период времени составляет более одной недели.
17. Способ по п. 15, в котором продолжительный период времени составляет более двух недель.
18. Способ по п. 14, в котором по меньшей мере одно обнаруженное и отображенное событие активности может происходить в том случае, если уровень глюкозы у пациента по данным датчика все еще находится в допустимом целевом диапазоне.
19. Способ по п. 11, в котором автономную модуляцию выполняют в соответствии с управлением по модели предсказания.
