Claims (12)
1. Способ ферментативного получения L-метионина и/или его производных, включающий стадии:
i) выращивания микроорганизма, оптимизированного для ферментативного получения метионина, в соответствующей среде для выращивания, содержащей источник углерода, источник серы и источник азота, с получением L-метионина;
ii) выделения L-метионина, полученного на стадии i);
iii) добавления спиртового растворителя или ацетонитрила к содержащей метионин фракции, полученной на стадии ii), для осаждения L-метионина; и
iv) выделения L-метионина.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором микроорганизм на стадии i) представляет собой единственный микроорганизм.
3. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, который не включает проведение какой-либо ферментативной обработки предшественника L-метионина.
4. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором стадия ii) включает стадию осветления ферментативной среды с последующей стадией кристаллизации L-метионина или без нее.
5. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором спиртовой растворитель, использующийся на стадии iii), выбран из этанола, изопропанола или их смеси.
6. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором спиртовым растворителем, использующимся на стадии iii), является этанол.
7. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором на стадии iii) соотношение растворитель / (фракция содержащая метионин + растворитель) составляет от 50 до 80 мас. %, предпочтительно от 65 до 75%.
8. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором на стадии iii) остаточная растворимость L-метионина в надосадочной жидкости после проведения стадии iii) составляет от 5 до 6 г⋅л-1 при комнатной температуре.
