Claims (13)
1. Способ скрининга антимикробных средств в системе кондиционирования воздуха для устранения запахов, вырабатываемых в системе кондиционирования воздуха по меньшей мере одним микроорганизмом, выбираемым из группы, состоящей из Pelomonas puraquae, Spirosoma radiotolerans, Fibrella aestuarina, Chryseobacterium geocarposphaerae, Spirosoma linguale и Geobacillus toebii, при этом способ предусматривает:
(a) получение микроорганизма или раствора его культуры;
(b) введение микроорганизма или раствора его культуры в контакт с образцом;
(c) измерение подавления роста микроорганизма; и
(d) признание образца, обладающим антибактериальной активностью для уменьшения запахов в системе кондиционирования воздуха, когда рост микроорганизма подавлен.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором системой кондиционирования воздуха является кондиционер воздуха.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором микроорганизм образует биопленку в ядре испарителя в системе кондиционирования воздуха для выработки запаха.
4. Способ по п. 3, в котором материалом для ядра испарителя является алюминий, сплав алюминия, медь или сплав меди.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором Pelomonas puraquae представляет собой Pelomonas puraquae HKMC-113 (номер доступа: KCCM11689P), Spirosoma radiotolerans представляет собой Spirosoma radiotolerans HKMC-114 (номер доступа: KCCM11690P), Fibrella aestuarina is представляет собой Fibrella aestuarina HKMC-115 (номер доступа: KCCM11691P), Chryseobacterium geocarposphaerae представляет собой Chryseobacterium geocarposphaerae HKMC-116 (номер доступа: KCCM11692P), Spirosoma linguale представляет собой Spirosoma linguale HKMC-117 (номер доступа: KCCM11693P), и Geobacillus toebii представляет собой Geobacillus toebii HKMC-118 (номер доступа: KCCM11694P).
6. Способ подавления роста вызывающего запах микроорганизма в системе кондиционирования воздуха, предусматривающий покрытие или распыление антибактериального средства для уменьшения запахов, подвергшегося скринингу согласно способу по п. 1, на систему кондиционирования воздуха.
7. Способ устранения запахов в системе кондиционирования воздуха, предусматривающий покрытие или распыление антибактериального средства для уменьшения запахов, подвергшегося скринингу согласно способу по п. 1, на систему кондиционирования воздуха.
8. Способ устранения запахов в системе кондиционирования воздуха, предусматривающий выделение или устранение из системы кондиционирования воздуха по меньшей мере одного вызывающего запах микроорганизма, выбираемого из группы, состоящей из Pelomonas puraquae, Spirosoma radiotolerans, Fibrella aestuarina, Chryseobacterium geocarposphaerae, Spirosoma linguale и Geobacillus toebii.
9. Способ устранения запахов в системе кондиционирования воздуха, предусматривающий, подавление роста в системе кондиционирования воздуха по меньшей мере одного вызывающего запах микроорганизма, выбираемого из группы, состоящей из Pelomonas puraquae, Spirosoma radiotolerans, Fibrella aestuarina, Chryseobacterium geocarposphaerae, Spirosoma linguale и Geobacillus toebii.
