Claims (29)
1. причем датчик близости представляет собой индуктивный, емкостной, ультразвуковой, основанный на эффекте Холла, фотоэлектрический или немеханический магнитный датчик близости,
датчик близости дополнительно выполнен с возможностью вывода сигнала обнаружения близости в ответ на таким образом обнаруженное присутствие объекта,
при этом выполнение датчика близости или управляющего компонента с возможностью управления работой по меньшей мере одного функционального элемента включает выполнение управляющего компонента с возможностью инициирования работы в активном режиме в ответ как на сигнал обнаружения близости, так и на сигнал обнаружения воздушного потока и, таким образом, управления нагревательным элементом для активирования и испарения компонентов композиции предшественника аэрозоля.
2. Управляющий корпус по п. 1, в котором датчик близости выполнен с возможностью обнаружения присутствия объекта в программируемом пользователем диапазоне.
3. Управляющий корпус по п. 1, в котором выполнение датчика близости с возможностью обнаружения присутствия объекта включает его выполнение с возможностью получения измеренного значения и обнаружения присутствия объекта в случае, в котором измеренное значение удовлетворяет пороговому значению,
причем обеспечена возможность программирования порогового значения пользователем с обеспечением зависимости от конкретного пользователя таким образом, что датчик близости выполнен с возможностью обнаружения присутствия конкретного пользователя.
4. Управляющий корпус по п. 1, в котором работа по меньшей мере одного функционального элемента является программируемой пользователем.
5. Управляющий корпус по п. 1, в котором выполнение датчика близости или управляющего компонента с возможностью управления по меньшей мере одним функциональным элементом включает его выполнение с возможностью управления элементом сенсорной обратной связи для обеспечения воспринимаемой пользователем обратной связи.
6. Управляющий корпус по п. 1, в котором выполнение датчика близости или управляющего компонента с возможностью управления по меньшей мере одним функциональным элементом включает его выполнение с возможностью изменения состояния питания по меньшей мере одного функционального элемента.
7. Управляющий корпус по п. 6, в котором выполнение датчика близости или управляющего компонента с возможностью изменения состояния питания включает его выполнение с возможностью изменения состояния питания интерфейса связи, соединенного с управляющим компонентом и выполненного с возможностью обеспечения беспроводной связи.
8. Управляющий корпус по п. 1, в котором выполнение датчика близости или управляющего компонента с возможностью управления по меньшей мере одним функциональным элементом включает его выполнение с возможностью управления по меньшей мере одним функциональным элементом для изменения блокированного состояния устройства для доставки аэрозоля.
9. Управляющий корпус по п. 1, в котором датчик близости содержит первый и второй емкостные датчики близости, выполненные с возможностью измерения соответственно первой и второй электрических емкостей, которые соответственно указывают на присутствие пользователя и опорный сигнал,
причем датчик близости дополнительно выполнен с возможностью вычисления уровня потоотделения пользователя в зависимости от первой и второй электрических емкостей или вывода выходных сигналов, соответствующих первой и второй электрическим емкостям, на управляющий компонент для вычисления уровня потоотделения пользователя в зависимости от первой и второй электрических емкостей, а
дополнительное выполнение датчика близости или управляющего компонента с возможностью управления работой по меньшей мере одного функционального элемента включает его дополнительное выполнение с возможностью управления работой по меньшей мере одного функционального элемента в ответ на присутствие и уровень потоотделения пользователя.
10. Управляющий корпус по п. 1, в котором выполнение датчика близости или управляющего компонента с возможностью управления по меньшей мере одним функциональным элементом, включает его дополнительное выполнение с возможностью загрузки на сервисную платформу данных, связанных с присутствием объекта, обнаруженного датчиком близости.
11. Картридж, соединенный или выполненный с возможностью соединения с управляющим корпусом, оснащенным управляющим компонентом, причем управляющий корпус соединен или выполнен с возможностью соединения с картриджем с образованием устройства для доставки аэрозоля, причем картридж содержит
оболочку, образующую резервуар, выполненный с возможностью удержания композиции предшественника аэрозоля;
нагревательный элемент, выполненный с возможностью работы в активном режиме, в котором картридж соединен с управляющим корпусом, причем в активном режиме управляющий компонент выполнен с возможностью управления нагревательным элементом для активирования и испарения компонентов композиции предшественника аэрозоля; и
датчик близости, выполненный с возможностью обнаружения уровня композиции предшественника аэрозоля в резервуаре без необходимости в каком-либо физическом контакте с композицией предшественника аэрозоля, причем датчик близости или управляющий компонент дополнительно выполнены с возможностью управления работой по меньшей мере одного функционального элемента устройства для доставки аэрозоля в ответ на таким образом обнаруженный уровень композиции предшественника аэрозоля.
12. Картридж по п. 11, в котором датчик близости представляет собой индуктивный, емкостной, ультразвуковой, на эффекте Холла, фотоэлектрический или немеханический магнитный датчик близости.
13. Картридж по п. 11, в котором датчик близости содержит первый и второй емкостные датчики близости, выполненные с возможностью измерения соответственно первой и второй электрических емкостей, которые указывают соответственно на уровень и опорный сигнал, причем выполнение датчика близости с возможностью обнаружения уровня композиции предшественника аэрозоля, включает его выполнение с возможностью вычисления уровня композиции предшественника аэрозоля в зависимости от первой и второй электрических емкостей, или вывода выходных сигналов, соответствующих первой и второй электрическим емкостям, на управляющий компонент для вычисления уровня композиции предшественника аэрозоля в зависимости от первой и второй электрических емкостей.
14. Картридж по п. 11, в котором выполнение датчика близости или управляющего компонента с возможностью управления по меньшей мере одним функциональным элементом включает его выполнение с возможностью управления элементом сенсорной обратной связи для обеспечения воспринимаемой пользователем обратной связи.
15. Картридж по п. 11, в котором выполнение датчика близости или управляющего компонента с возможностью управления по меньшей мере одним функциональным элементом включает его выполнение с возможностью управления по меньшей мере одним функциональным элементом для изменения блокированного состояния устройства для доставки аэрозоля.
16. Картридж по п. 11, в котором выполнение датчика близости или управляющего компонента с возможностью управления по меньшей мере одним функциональным элементом включает его выполнение с возможностью загрузки на сервисную платформу данных, связанных с уровнем композиции предшественника аэрозоля, обнаруженным датчиком близости.
