Claims (36)
1. Устройство подачи энергии для подачи микроволновой энергии к удаленной области тела, содержащее:
проксимальный конец, выполненный с возможностью соединения с генератором микроволновой энергии и источником охладителя;
дистальный конец, выполненный с возможностью выработки абляционной энергии в заданной области, окружающей дистальный конец;
полый внутренний проводник;
центральную область, содержащую неэлектропроводную сердцевину и воздушный канал;
внешний проводник, окружающий сердцевину; и
средство для обмена потока охладителя на дистальном конце, выполненное с возможностью приема охладителя из полого внутреннего проводника и возврата охладителя в воздушный зазор.
2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором центральная область содержит разделитель, окружающий часть внутреннего проводника, и неэлектропроводная сердцевина окружает разделитель, посредством чего образован воздушный зазор между сердцевиной и внутренним проводником в областях свободных от разделителя.
3. Устройство по п. 1, имеющее длину по меньшей мере 20 сантиметров.
4. Устройство по п. 1, имеющее длину по меньшей мере 50 сантиметров.
5. Устройство по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее неэлектропроводную рубашку, окружающую внешний проводник.
6. Устройство по п. 5, дополнительно содержащее электропроводную оболочку, окружающую неэлектропроводную рубашку, причем электропроводная оболочка образует трехкоординатную антенну с внешним проводником и внутренним проводником.
7. Устройство по п. 1, в котором разделитель содержит моноволоконную трубку.
8. Устройство по п. 7, в котором моноволоконная трубка спирально намотана вокруг внутреннего проводника.
9. Устройство по п. 1, в котором дистальный конец содержит троакар.
10. Устройство по п. 9, в котором троакар является электропроводным.
11. Устройство по п. 10, в котором внутренний проводник свободен от электрического соединения с троакаром.
12. Устройство по п. 11, в котором внутренний проводник имеет емкостную связь с троакаром.
13. Устройство по п. 1, в котором средством для обмена потока охладителя содержит колпачок, имеющий открытый проксимальный конец, образующий отверстие внутри колпачка, и закрытый дистальный конец.
14. Устройство по п. 13, в котором внутренний проводник вставлен в отверстие в колпачке.
15. Устройство по п. 14, в котором отверстие в колпачке содержит один или более каналов, выполненных с возможностью обеспечения возврата охладителя от внутреннего проводника из открытого проксимального конца колпачка в воздушный зазор.
16. Устройство по п. 1, имеющее внутренний диаметр, размер которого задан для эндобронхиальной подачи микроволновой энергии к центральному или периферическому узлу в легком.
17. Система, содержащая устройство для подачи энергии по любому из пп. 1-16 и подающую трубку.
18. Система, содержащая устройство для подачи энергии по любому из пп. 1-16 и микроволновый генератор.
19. Система, содержащая устройство для подачи энергии по любому из пп. 1-16 и источник охладителя.
20. Система по п. 19, в которой источник охладителя содержит сжатый газ.
21. Система по п. 20, в которой сжатый газ представляет собой CO2.
22. Система по п. 20, в которой источник охладителя выполнен с возможностью подачи охладителя через внутренний проводник устройства для подачи энергии под давлением от нуля до 6895 кПа (от нуля до 1000 фунтов на кв. дюйм).
23. Система, содержащая устройство для подачи энергии по любому из пп. 1-16 и управляющий компьютер.
24. Система, содержащая устройство для подачи энергии по любому из пп. 1-16 и устройство визуализации.
25. Система, содержащая устройство для подачи энергии по любому из пп. 1-16 и интерфейс питания и охладителя.
26. Система по п. 25, в которой интерфейс содержит: a) газовый соединитель для соединения с источником охладителя; b) разъем питания для соединения с электрическим источником питания; и c) разъем питания абляции для соединения с микроволновым генератором.
27. Способ абляции ткани, включающий этапы, на которых: располагают дистальный конец устройства для подачи энергии по любому из пп. 1-16 вблизи целевой ткани и применяют абляционную энергию от устройства.
28. Способ по п. 27, в котором целевая ткань находится в легком.
29. Способ по п. 28, в котором устройство для подачи энергии расположено эндобронхиально или трансбронхиально.
30. Способ по п. 28, в котором целевая ткань представляет собой центральный или периферический узел в легком.
