Claims (10)
1. Вертикальный химический реактор (1), содержащий по меньшей мере каталитический слой (5) и трубный теплообменник (6), погруженный в каталитический слой и имеющий возможность подвода теплообменной текучей среды,
причем теплообменник (6) содержит группу пучков (6.1, 6.2) прямых труб, каждый из которых имеет соответствующую трубную доску (9.1, 9.2) подвода и соответствующую трубную доску (10.1, 10.2) сбора текучей среды,
группа трубных пучков включает по меньшей мере первый набор трубных пучков (6.1), расположенных на первой высоте внутри реактора, и второй набор трубных пучков (6.2), расположенных на второй высоте внутри реактора, и пучки первого набора и второго набора чередуются так, что каждый трубный пучок ступенчато сдвинут в вертикальном направлении относительно соседних пучков, а
трубным доскам придана форма секторов круга или секторов кольца, и каждый из секторов распространяется по существу на всю радиальную протяженность каталитического слоя.
2. Реактор по п. 1, в котором трубные доски имеют плоскую поверхность (12) стыковки с трубами.
3. Реактор по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что свободные пространства (11) между соседними трубными досками, образованные за счет расположения со ступенчатым сдвигом в вертикальном направлении, определяют места доступа в содержащую каталитический слой зону реактора, которые могут использоваться для загрузки и выгрузки катализатора.
4. Реактор по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что при рассмотрении в поперечном сечении трубные доски покрывают все поперечное сечение каталитического слоя.
5. Реактор по любому из предыдущий пунктов, отличающийся тем, что трубные пучки содержат прямые трубы одинаковой длины.
6. Реактор по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором каталитический слой (5) имеет в основном кольцевую геометрию, будучи помещенным между двумя вертикальными и коаксиальными цилиндрическими стенками (3, 4), и пересекается радиальным или аксиально-радиальным потоком, а трубные доски (9.1, 9.2, 10.1, 10.2) сформированы в виде секторов кольца.
7. Реактор по любому из предыдущих пунктов, предназначенный для использования по одному из следующих назначений: реактор синтеза метанола, реактор синтеза аммиака, реактор конверсии синтез-газа.
