Claims (17)
1. Инъекционная композиция дермального филлера в виде геля, содержащая поперечносшитую гиалуроновую кислоту и карбоксиметилцеллюлозу.
2. Инъекционная композиция дермального филлера по п. 1, в которой карбоксиметилцеллюлоза присутствует в концентрации от 1,0% до 25,0% об./об.
3. Инъекционная композиция дермального филлера по п. 1 или 2, в которой поперечносшитая гиалуроновая кислота присутствует в концентрации от 1,0% до 4,0% мас./об.
4. Инъекционная композиция дермального филлера по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой поперечное сшивание поперечносшитой гиалуроновой кислоты осуществляется с помощью BDDE (диглицидилового эфира 1,4-бутандиола), и предпочтительно степень модификации, которая выражается в виде соотношения суммы одиночных и двойных BDDE-поперечных сшивок и суммы дисахаридных звеньев гиалуроновой кислоты, составляет от 0,5% до 25%.
5. Инъекционная композиция дермального филлера по любому из пп. 1-4, которая дополнительно содержит рассасывающиеся биосовместимые микрочастицы в концентрации от 1% до 50% об./об.
6. Инъекционная композиция дермального филлера по п. 5, в которой рассасывающиеся биосовместимые микрочастицы состоят из материалов на основе фосфата кальция, материалов на основе окиси алюминия, биоразлагаемого природного полисахарида или его производного или биоразлагаемого синтетического полимера полиэфира, полиортоэфира или полиангидрида, причем материалы на основе фосфата кальция включают гидроксиапатит кальция, фторапатит кальция, хлорапатит кальция, карбонат- апатит кальция, тетракальцийфосфат, пирофосфат кальция, трикальцийфосфат и октакальцийфосфат.
(iv) рН составляет от 6.5 до 7,5.
12. Набор, содержащий инъекционную композицию дермалыюго филлера по любому из пп. 1-11.
14. Набор по п. 10 для применения в лечении стрессового недержания мочи, пузырно-мочеточникового рефлюкса, функциональной недостаточности голосовой складки и для медиализации голосовой складки.
15. Способ получения инъекционной композиции дермального филлера по любому из пп. 1-11. включающий следующие этапы:

Применение инъекционной композиции дермального филлера по любому из пп. 1-9 для использование в косметологии, включая косметическое лечение морщин и складок кожи, межбровных морщин, носогубных складок, морщин на подбородке, губоподбородочных морщин, контура нижней челюсти, морщин на щеках, периоральных морщин, «гусиных лапок», углублений кожи, рубцов, морщин на висках, проведение подкожной поддержки бровей, коррекции объема скул и щек, слезных борозд, носа, губ, щек, подбородка, периоральной области, подглазничной области и коррекции асимметрии лица.
17. Применение набора по п. 10 для использования в косметологии, включая косметическое лечение морщин и складок кожи, межбровных морщин, носогубных складок, морщин на подбородке, губоподбородочных морщин, контура нижней челюсти, морщин на щеках, периоральных морщин, «гусиных лапок», углублений кожи, рубцов, морщин на висках, проведение подкожной поддержки бровей, коррекции объема скул и щек, слезных борозд, носа, губ, щек, подбородка, периоральной области, подглазничной области и коррекции асимметрии лица.
